WOW this was not an experience I expected. The doctor was bordering on rude and wanted to be anywhere but here...then there was some size shaming happening for requesting wide frames. How could they not have one wide frame available when other eye glass stores have a variety? Sad.

Over the past 10yrs I have bought all my new glasses frames and lenses from lease crafters, and I can’t say enough about how helpful and customer friendly they are … and how they make the whole experience so easy. Then in just a few days you have your new eyewear or as I like to say “Art for your face“ .

Lily at LensCrafters in Mission Valley helped my mom with glasses. Lily was one of the best people we have worked with in a long time. She is excellent at her job and extremely kind. Her kindness made our day so much better. Lily is AWESOME!!

I needed same day glasses pick up because i forgot to pack my glasses. And Franky who worked at the front desk not only went above and beyond to help me, but he was able to pick out the perfect pair of glasses. 10/10 best customer service ive received in the last 4 years.

Purchased sunglasses elsewhere (Macys) and went to LensCrafters in Mission Valley to have a frame adjustment made. Michael did this for me. He was so friendly and accommodating. Thank you, Michael. The glasses are now perfect.

The people in front were rude! I could not
Get any one to adjust my frames.
I was told the techs were to busy to help??
Had to wait for my lens to be ordered.
When you walk in they act like they want to help, but have no knowledge to do so.
