I have been in the lending industry since 1982. Kris Allred with LendSure is by far the best wholesale account executive I have had the pleasure to work with. We've spoken late at night and weekends, he knows his products and at times spoken to my clients to clarify their questions and concerns. My company has wholesale association with most lenders and I have had the most success with Kris and his team.

I don’t know how what this company is doing isn’t criminal. Enticed us into a contract by offering terms they knew we wanted, then two days before closing they completely switched up the terms and required a higher rate in order to close. They don’t care about you or what you have been working hard on. Communication is awful, customer service essentially nonexistent. We gave them every single document they requested within hours including our home insurance policy, then 3 weeks after having the policy to review (again, days before closing) they said the policy is not good enough & our insurance agent said what they are asking for is suspicious. Experience so terrible that even our mortgage broker said they will never again work with this company moving forward. Annoying for both the buyer and the seller to have wasted our time. Shady and unprofessional.

I have to give credit where it is due! I have worked with other lenders and none come close to the efficiency and precision of Kris Allred and his amazing team! Watch out for this company just like grant stern post they change things last minute told me to buy my investment property cash and could fund me back in two weeks that didn’t happen took almost 3 months then change the terms last minute and did I told them this was my first loan because I usually do everything cash and asked them to explain everything to me they did not and hid things and now tell me it’s my fault for not know what Dutch interest is and then hid the word duct away from the interest part and never explain it to me and now are saying they did I have credit cards that are a 100k limit and would of just used that if I new they were going to charge me full interest on the month even though I dont have it all. They also said I was going to get 112 k on closing then last minute only gave me 80k. They lie and change thing.
