My recent one-hour consultation with Amanda at Leiman & Associates turned out to be an incredibly frustrating experience. Despite a seemingly positive call, the complete lack of follow-up and unresponsiveness from their office has left me deeply disappointed. Based on this strange and negative encounter, I strongly discourage others from working with them.During the consultation, Amanda appeared knowledgeable and gave me confidence that she would provide the next steps required for my accounting needs. However, despite my efforts to reach out multiple times, I have received no response from anyone at Leiman & Associates. This lack of communication not only reflects poorly on their professionalism but also leaves clients feeling neglected and dissatisfied.The failure to uphold even the most basic expectation of timely and reliable communication has eroded my trust in Leiman & Associates. I cannot recommend their accounting services based on this experience. If you are in need of accounting assistance, I urge you to seek out a more reliable and responsive firm that values effective communication and client satisfaction.

Starting my small business, they were there to help me at tax time and complete the whole process of becoming an S-Corp.Ok, first of all - YES I'm beyond excited about what Amanda and her team were able to do for my small business taxes. The pricing is fair and you're getting top-notch attention.I like their new portal for organizing all your files online.Last, I'm amazed that her team was able to help me this 2022 tax year because this family has been through a direct loss in the family, Neil. I'm sorry about the news. However, Amanda and the team have always been there to give me insight and get the job done.Thank you, ladies! You're amazing.

Now the IRS IS AFTER ME BECAUSE MY 2018 filing was returned and I didn't know until may 2021. They won't acknowledge they even filed for me that year, but I was with them through 2019...

I was referred to this company and am extremely disappointed. The customer service is lacking. There are never any substantial updates. Updates are always vague. You know the "we will update you soon", which can mean 1 day or 3 weeks. Updates never come.I'm always the one that has to reach out for status. If you want your taxes done in a timely manner, I recommend you go somewhere else.

Literally the worst accountants I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Would love to update this review if they can get their act together! They were recommended to me by a coworker who said that Neil is great- I have yet to speak to him and have been bounced around to everyone in the office. Communication is inconsistent at best, and they seem to struggle with their own basic document upload platforms. I would rather pay double what they charge to deal with a competent professional firm, but alas! This is what I am stuck with this year! They have the nerve to ask if I am open to an extension when my tax situation could not be more simple (minimal forms) and they ignored my requests for an appointment/asking them what they needed from me for months. Take your business elsewhere.

Neil is simply a gem. Knowledgeable, personable, and if you're a chocolate lover, he's got you covered. I recommend him confidently to anyone that asks me where to get my taxes done. I only take the time to review people that go the extra mile and deserve recognition. Time is money, and your time and trust with Neil is very well invested.Also, I'd like to give a big shoutout to Santiago who's been a tremendous help for me even though i wasn't his direct client. 10/10, great folks here who are happy to do what they do and it shows. You have a client for life!

Was recommended by a business that we work with and began the process of shifting accounting services to them. After the 2021 tax season, called them 6 times with no response. If I can’t get a call back, unsure of what would have happened if I had hired them - very unprofessional and non-responsive!

I wanted to write another review to express how grateful I am for Leiman & Assoc. I have been going here for several years and love the business this family has built. We originally started seeing Neil and transitioned over to Amanda. From the moment we walk in the door, to the attention to detail with our taxes, to completing our meeting we are always given top notch service and treated like Family. Thank you to the Leimans for always making us feel like apart of your amazing family and always taking such good care of us.

I have been using Leiman & Associates for nearly 4 years. The team is communicative and is always ready to answer any questions I have. They make me feel secure. Prior to this I was never able find a someone I could consistently trust to help me to prepare my taxes. I couldn't imagine any other team helping me! Even during these times they have made my safety a top priority. They have been able to successfully adapt to these changes and continue to move forward. Thank you all so much!

I was referred to Leiman through a personal contact who told me he has got the "tax" guy! Everyone has that "tax" guy! If you are not using Leiman and Associates, I can honestly say your missing out and, "I've got the tax guys!" I have been using Leiman and Associates tax services for a couple of years now. Every experience I have has been better than the last. Amanda and her team are truly a work of art. Even during these trying times I have been made to feel as a company top priority. They have a unique approach to great personal care. I cant say enough about them.

Amanda is amazing! I've known her for a few years now and when I moved out of state she said she'd help with my taxes when the time came and boy did she ever! She was very quick and communicated very well, absolutely love this company! Leiman and associates has made a forever customer.
