Nothing but great service.
We have been sending packages to the Philippines using LBC Mira Mesa. They have always been very respectful and cheerful. This place is not the closest to where we are but we always go here because of the great service the staff renders to us.

Terrible customer service! Scheduled to pick up our boxes today from 10:00 - 2:00 pm, 5:30 pm still hasn't arrived. Calling the contact # is zero help, we will not be using them again. The wife wanted to give them a try since they have an office in her town.

WARNING THIS PLACE HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE THE EMPLOYEE BY THE NAME OF MORRIEZ IS VERY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL. HE YELLED ON THE PHONE WITH MY 80 YEAR OLD MOTHER OVER A PACKAGE THAT WAS NOT PICKED UP. THEN WHEN ASKED FOR HUS SUPERVISOR CONTACT HE DID NOT PROVIDE ANY INFORMATION TO FILE A COMPLAINT ON HIM. IM SO DISAPPOINTED IN LBC WE HAVE BEEN SENDING PACKAGES WITH THEM FOR OVER 10 YEARS. NOT ANYMORE IM TAKING MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. ALSO MY FRIENDS FAMILY AND CO WORKERS ARE ALL GOING SOMEWHERE ELSE. THANKS ALOT MORRIS. REALLY PROFESSIONAL. HAVE A BLESSED DAY. MAY JESUS SOFTEN YOUR HEART NOT TO YELL AT PAYING CUSTOMERS.

Very good people here. I come with a hodgepodge of things to send to my fiance, and they quickly help select the right packaging for shipment. They also help make sure I only send things we are allowed to send, so I appreciate their help vs me trying to figure it all out.

Highly recommend scheduling a pick up from your home. It is convenient and quick. The driver was on time. Don't forget to fill out your forms prior to pick up and tip the driver. Insured your electronics.

Having a hard time contacting them for 3 consecutive days. Their mailbox are even full of messages. It is hard to contact them since they only have 1 registered phone number.
