I saw Brian on Upwork looking for offshore tax prepares. He outsources his tax preparation to India and Philippines. That's why their rates are cheap. Tax clients should be informed of this practice!

I guess this is how he weeds out the poor people. I wonder how you get to be the "lucky few" to get in the door.... I'm glad he's busy, but by our first response, very unprofessional (see pic) I found other people more responsive.
