I bought 2 shoes on sale at their outlet store in Las Americas. The shoes look nice but they were padded with very soft material it actually flexes like sandals that after one gym class it made my feet sore causing blisters on my pinky and inner upper portion of the feet. I went back to return within the week I bought them but the store won't accept them even tho i had proof of purchase on my credit card. They needed the sales receipt that I didn't have which conflicts with their response on my online complaint, that sales at outlet stores are considered final. Anyways, folks just beware. Lacoste doesn't honor customer returns even tho their products don't satisfy customer expectations.

Terrible customer service, the cashiers think they have a graduate position, they treat you badly because you are wearing simple clothes, but I can assure you that I had more money in my bag than they have saved at home ? and I'm not bragging , but just because one is humble does not mean that one cannot buy something from that store, arrogant and overly arrogant.
They had the door closed, with a bar to queue outside, I arrived and waited outside and the guard was just as arrogant, he didn't even turn to look at me, I had to ask him if I could come in or if I had to wait and with an arrogant attitude he told me then come in !

My experience with this clothing store was extremely disappointing, to say the least. If it were possible, I would give them a rating of 0 stars. This is the first time I feel compelled to write a negative review on Google. Let me explain why.I made a considerable effort to visit this store, driving for 45 minutes (one way), only to arrive 10 minutes before their stated closing time on Sunday, June 11th. To my dismay, I found the door already locked, and despite my attempts to get their attention, the three workers inside blatantly ignored me. I even showed them my receipt and explained that I needed to make a quick return, but they disregarded my presence without a second thought. This kind of treatment was incredibly disrespectful and left me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer.The store's advertised closing time is 7 pm, not 6:50 pm. It is crucial that they adhere to their own schedule to avoid inconveniencing customers. Additionally, it's essential for the staff to be trained in providing respectful customer service. A simple act of engaging with a customer for just 30 seconds can make a world of difference. It shouldn't require a significant amount of effort or time.In light of my experience, I cannot recommend this clothing store to others. The lack of professionalism and disregard for customers' needs is truly disheartening. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and takes the necessary steps to improve their service quality.
