This place is terrible. Messed up my lab work which resulting in no test being performed. When I called to talk to someone about it I got transferred twice then they hung up on me mid conversation.

You will never reach a representative to ask a question. I spent 2 days calling different locations for one question. Never got to one person. The greeting on their voicemail should say no matter what option you press we will tell you to look online.

Still trying to resolve a billing error from 8 months ago after multiple calls, emails, etc. I have lost hours of my life on this problem. The worst customer service ever.

(I'm in Oregon and my medical provider uses this laboratory company for certain testings)I was given an at-home FIT (stool sample collection) kit to complete and post by mail to this company's SEATTLE office.Inside the provided mailing materials is a sterile vial covered by a label with my name and corresponding medical identification information.Yesterday, my medical chart application alerted me that I had a new test result posted to my record. The results were from the fecal test...Fortunately for me, the findings came back as being negative! Which means that my doctor did NOT go ahead and prescribe any medication or procedure based on the lab results...that are posted on my medical record...WHICH (somehow) CAME FROM A CALIFORNIA BRANCH OF THE LABORATORY LISTED AT A SEATTLE, WASHINGTON ADDRESS ON THE ENCLOSED PREPAID PRINTED ENVELOPE OF AN UNUSED AND UNOPENED TEST THAT IS STILL IN MY POSSESSIONHOW DANGEROUS COULD A MISTAKE LIKE THIS HAVE BEEN?WHOSE TEST RESULTS ARE ERRONEOUSLY POSTED ON MY CHART? AND DID THAT PERSON ALSO HAVE SOME OTHER RANDOM PERSON'S RESULTS POSTED TO THEIR CHART? ARE THEY NOW GOING TO BE MISDIAGNOSED? WILL THEY BE PRESCRIBED TREATMENTS OR MEDICATIONS THAT MIGHT BE UNNECESSARY (AT BEST) OR LETHAL (AT WORST)?I AM SERIOUSLY SHOOK UP OVER THIS AND I GUARANTEE YOU THAT MY FAITH IN THE ENTIRE MEDICAL PROFESSION'S ABILITY TO CORRECTLY DIAGNOSE (AND THEREBY TREAT) AILMENTS IS NEVER GOING TO THE SAME.THIS IS TERRIFYING.

Incredibly fast results. Went to the doctor at 11am, results came back in in less than 24 hours — at 5am the next morning. And I’m using a PPO (which have more hand-offs/steps than HMO).

labcorp is extremely incompetent. They send you a bill and claim they aren't smart enough to know how to bill an insurance company. They will even ask for help to call an insurance company instead of knowing how to do it themselves. There sevice reps will even lie on the phone because they are to lazy to do there own job. I dont get paid to do your job for you. Very sad.

I am so disgusted. Labcorp San Diego had my malignant thyroid cancer results since august 3rd and the technician never inputted them into the system and never notified my doctor. I had my original biopsy done July 7th. Had I never called 5-6 different people my doctor and I still wouldnt know! We would still be waiting! Thats 5 weeks that I couldve been ahead of this cancer. And the best the supervisor can do is "investigate." No one is held accountable. With cancer every day counts. I hate these people, straight negligence and no care in the world for the critical job they are supposed to do. The tech had my results apparently but didnt know my account number. really? but you have my name DOB and doctors info. and i get several blood tests at LAB CORP. How can you have malignant test results in your hands and not report them? sick.

Wouldn’t provide copies of lab work. We all know how bad LabCorp is; however, it was borderline negligence in this case. I actively avoid anything that associates with LabCorp at this point.

I understand the La Jolla office is closed permanently .Bad move. The one on Moraga off Balboa has lines. One old man said he never waits less than 45 minutes in line. You need the downtown La Jolla office back again.Rent a spot in strip mall on La Jolla blvd. Where they have tons of places for lease. Then you get La Jolla and Pacific Beach patients,Do something . Unacceptable lines to stand in if you are sick and I am not bringing in the virus patients to this comment. This is for all the other patients.I have to drive up to Scripps Memorial now for lab tests in the new lab. Takes too long.

By far the most mismanaged company in America. Who runs this facility? Sloths would run this company more efficiently than this. You’re the bottom of the barrel and you need to shut down Laguna Hills. Just end the misery for everyone.

After multiple phone calls and emails, I received a call back from Labcorp. They made it right by sending someone to my home. Thank you for the follow-up and making it right.
