I had nothing but a seamless experience. No one in the office when I arrived before 8:00 a.m. Got checked right in and out in no time and home in less than one hour. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and courteous.

i thought it would be easy to get my test done here since it's close to my home. wrong! i checked in on the kiosk since it didn't seem like the worker wanted to talk to me. i asked them a few questions and received short answers. the office is so small and packed full that when i opened the door i almost hit someone. no chairs available inside. you have to wait 1-2 hours and the grace period to come in after you receive the message that they are ready for you is only five minutes so you cannot leave without missing your appointment. i'm writing this while i wait because i did not bring anything to do because i assumed i would be able to get it done in 30 minutes. walk in is basically the only option since the soonest appointments at the locations near me are booked 3 weeks out. also they have no bathroom and idk about you but i came ready to go so waiting 1-2 hours is not fun.

Terrible to wait an hour with max 10 people in front of you to pee in a cup is ridiculous. Try and make an appointment (good luck) or go somewhere else

I don't remember giving bad reviews ever. But this place is horrible. Rude service, labs not linked to my portal, no results for 7 days even tho this is urgent. I will NEVER use Labcorp again!!!

When I entered, I saw too many people stuffed in one room all coming for urine drug screening or other things. The office is short staffed and not enough people run this place so everyone had to wait 1.5 hour for their turn. I however did not waste my time and made my to-do phone calls in the waiting room while everyone awkwardly heard my conversation and arguments on the phone lol

All of the negative reviews are 100% accurate. Avoid this company and certainly this location at all costs. I arrived at 7:35am and found the waiting room PACKED full of people....and by packed I mean like 25 people crammed into a dirty, out-dated, cramped waiting room. There was no place to form a line and people were all trying to get to the check in desk. This location truly does operate like a 3rd world country.

I've always used labcorp on 3737 Moraga Ave Ste A102. San Diego Ca 92117. Professional Cleanliness and Best Service Ever~! Thank you again Bertha for not making me flinch as I never felt my blood draw today exactly like I like it. I love Labcorp on Moraga as in all these years I've never had a problem not once. Thanks.

On a work day, I drove their on my lunch break and arrived 5 minutes before their lunch break thinking I could do a specimen drop-off since they had already taken all my information the day before; Their door was locked. I asked them if I could just drop off the sample, and they all just replied that they were on lunch break. So I waited an hour outside their office, and weeks later, the results came back inconclusive because the sample wasn't refrigerated.Everyone working there is miserable, and doesn't respect your time. It's worse than any DMV experience by far.

In and out in 20 minutes. Vince was very efficient and nice. Was dreading my visit since they had such bad yelp reviews but was glad it was a painless visit.

Went here for a blood draw with an appointment, they ignored the appointment and took walk-ins first. My arm looked awful afterwards due to their poor phlebotomy skills.

I was here for longer than anyone (because of the glucose test) which is two hours. I had an appointment, and I showed up about 10 minutes late to the appointment but was still seen before the lobby full of people. I noticed while waiting in between blood draws that people did not stay in the waiting room more than 30-40 minutes and I was one of the only people that had an appointment. Everyone else was a walk in. Overall the staff was on top of things. They were the receptionist and did the blood draws. So in my experience they did not have a designated receptionist but I had a fast experience. I don't expect everyone to be friendly in customer service but I did have someone named Luis who was more than nice to me. In total I had three blood draws and all went fine. The waiting room was always full of people but every staff member was also with someone every moment of the day. The staff was busy but on top of it. I suggest getting an appointment and having paperwork on hand before you go and you shouldn't have an issue!

Great experience today getting a blood draw with tech named Princess (who apparently usually works at the Genessee Ave, La Jolla Labcorp branch). She was filling in today at this location for someone who was out. I am a tough blood draw due to small veins. She is an absolute pro, got it on the first try, and it was one of the most painless blood draws I have ever had. She is highly skilled. Also very friendly and warm. She’s obviously a natural in her field, as she is quite young. I’m definitely going to go back to her even if I have to switch locations. She is top notch and I don’t post a review like this lightly.

I'm sitting here at 2:12 still waiting to be seen for a 1:45 appointment. Also, the staff behind the counter could be a lot more welcoming and friendly.
