Deb and Chris are legendary for their contributions to the practice of pharmacy. Their dedication to health is remarkable and will continue to be manifested at Strive - La Vita.I am humbled and honored to be the new Pharmacist in Charge to lead the Strive - La Vita brand into the future.I have worked for Scripps Health, Rady Children’s Health, Providence- St. Joseph Health, and CVS/Coram Specialty Infusion to name a few. The staff at Strive - La Vita are phenomenal in the interactions with customers. The staff are passionate about their desire to compound and provide the best products for customers.I have been in pharmacy practice for almost 20years, and I am very proud of the highly competent staff that work at Strive - La Vita.I encourage everyone to stop by and say hello and feel the energy!! Unethical, unprofessional and getting worse rapidly. I was a customer here for a few years. I had poor customer service that was unethical as it prevented me from getting my needed medications which in turn caused me to suffer. It was a mistake made by La Vita and they refused to acknowledge their mistake. Ive been told University Compounding Pharmacy is a better alternative. Ill be giving them a try. Ill also be reporting this pharmacy to governing agencies.

Very compassionate and professional staff. I appreciate the work they do. We had a hiccup with one of my regular prescriptions and the staff and pharmacists worked with me to resolve it. Very grateful! They send prescriptions to me in Northern California. I see other reviews about shipping practices not being up to par. I have not had this experience. It is a compounding pharmacy so one does need to plan ahead - it takes a few days to make the medication, and depending on where you live, add days for the medication to be shipped to you.

I'm on day 15 since I called in my refill. I am now in sort of a withdrawal from my medication and not feeling well. When I call the pharmacy, a recording comes on and then the call drops. I am going to ask my doctor to use a different pharmacy. So disappointed.

First I’m a regular customer. They have my shipping address on file and check it each time I call and speak with them. I called to refill two prescriptions as they had been left in a hotel abroad so it was urgent. They told me no problem. 4 days go by and then I get a call a week later telling me that they can’t ship to my state any longer but it was temporary and I could just wait for my medication. Uhm yea the pharmacist I originally spoke to confirmed my address when I first called. And to get a phone call a week later sayinf they can’t ship to me and was there another state I could go get it in? Huh? No. There isn’t. They apparently let their license lapse to ship to my state. Shoddy business practices. Not to mention putting their clients health at risk while they twiddle around. Would suggest another place. I will be transferring mine elsewhere. Somewhere who actually doesn’t let their licenses expire for example.

You can tell a lot about what the company thinks of you by the hold music. Or in this case, continuous advertisements for their services mixed with boasts about how special they are. It's particularly annoying the way it stops and starts, making you think your interminable hold is over. But no. They don't pick up and they take days to call back. As for their prescription service, the monthly mail-order is erratic. Bad enough that it doesn't show up on time, but then I have to call and listen to the recording tell me what a wonderful company they are. Sure.

Very smart friendly professional staff. They also ship items. Highly recommend this compound Pharmacy to all who live in Riverside County & Orange County. It’s worth the drive bc they carry highest quality at fairest price. They respect each patient & don’t do what most pharmacies do (give you hard time on purpose). They actually do the opposite, they try to help!

Superior pharmacy with great customer service. Recommended by my naturopath b/c I prefer to have an organic option due to sensitivities. Unnati and Souk are always available for questions and answer them with patience and kindness. I live in the desert and switched from a compounding pharmacy in La Quinta to La Vita. They get my meds to me faster, have superior options for compounding formulas and excellent customer relations. No comparison!

La Vita has been sending my prescriptions late for more than a year now--in spite of them being on automatic refill and my calling to ensure the refills are filled each time. For hormone cream, this is a disaster. Meds have arrived 3 1/2 - 4 weeks late consistently, which has left me taking half doses and running out for weeks every time. For some reason, I keep giving them another chance, in spite of their poor attitude and excuses every time I call. There is never an apology, and I only get them on the phone because I call repeatedly. My voice messages always (I do mean 100% of the time) go unanswered. Things have definitely gone from poor to worse here. Even the dosing is inconsistent, which I have discussed with my doctor to no resolution. La Vita has promised 3 times to change the fill date on my Rx to get it to me on time, and yet it still arrives late. They have argued with me that refills scheduled to process 2-3 weeks after my other Rx runs out is reasonable, and they tried to tell me they are actually sending my prescriptions early! This month, La Vita was late again and didn't answer repeated messages I left with them. When I finally spoke to them they blamed my doctor for not sending in the new Rx. The truth was that he had faxed it out 3 weeks previously. I am still waiting, and it is a month late now. I Horrible customer service. I agree with other reviewers that they are dismissive and just don't care. Today I was told La Vita doesn't control the mail and then told they can cancel my Rx if I'm not happy. They also tried to tell me the troubles have only been for the last 3 weeks, and that it's the fault of the mail carriers, not them. No apologies and no care about their mistakes for 1 1/2 years now with my account. Their inability to take responsibility for their mistakes and their disrespectful attitude is alarming. I am definitely never going to use La Vita again.

Wow. This pharmacy truly cares about you and the patients they serve. I’m taken back by the level of customer service and the kindness this pharmacy has shown me. Chris & Souk are great to work with. I’d recommend this pharmacy in a heartbeat.

Nope. My prescription price increased and I could not get a single person to return my emails asking for confirmation on the pricing (3 emails) or my voicemails (2 of them) because they don't answer the phone. I wanted clarification because I was already paying more here than I would have at other places, and if the price did in fact go up, I wanted to know before having to order my medication again or risk running out. This attempt to reach them was done over a period of a week and a half so gave them more than enough time to respond. The increase amount was minor but it's the the fact that every one of my messages went unresponded to that really rubbed me the wrong way. Also, they are pretty slow to fill prescriptions, can take a week or more at times. Lack of customer service at a pharmacy is not something you want. Go elsewhere.
