Big time Scammers. Both Luis Jr & Louis Sr. did shoddy work on my car and took my insurance money. I wouldn't recommend. Big mistake on my part. Stay away.

DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT USE THIS BODY SHOP FOR ANYTHING! I made the mistake of ignoring the reviews here because Luis Senior looked like a really nice mellow gentleman! But once he gets your money, its a different story. Very poor workmanship! He took $640 of my money to take off my bumper, remove my condensor and put it back. And also fix my fender. He wrecked my front bumper and its hanging loose, the paint job on my fender is sooo bad that it has watermarks and bubbles on it, he told me to come back on a different day and that he will fix it, came back 3 times and he always gave me an excuse. Finally he was rude and told me never to come back! DO NOT FIX ANYTHING HERE! Very nice until they take your money and then VERY VERY RUDE!!!!!!Services: Electrical

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!!!I used this company to use for the damage done to my daughter's car who is in college. Initially, they took 3-4 weeks to work with insurance and get supplemental payment. On top of that, they send me a 2.5K bill for an additional damage fix. I requested them to do the engine diagnostic first, but they refrained to do that and demanding money for insurance payment. Which was absurd.I end up trashing the car and my daughter has no car right now for her college.They also took my insurance pay for a supplemental claim and didn't return the money to me even after I scrapped the car. Instead, they send me the bill for the same amount of storage fee.Very unprofessional.Services: Auto engine diagnostic

With very little time and very little effort these guys helped me and made me feel welcomed. Being active duty military is not easy and they made sure to help me in any way they could. I called 3 minutes before I got there and they saw me right away. I explained my situation and they assessed the dent in my car. I have never felt more welcome by a car shop, they were incredibly nice and explained it all very well and listened to my personal concerns and were willing to help me in any way they could. This family business has skill and deserves everyone's attention. I am extremely grateful and will definitely be going back if I have another issue.

Awesome job, awesome customer service! I came here once when someone damaged my 2019 SLC 300 bumper thinking the damage was permanent. When I showed Luis Jr., he looked at it and said, he could remove it on the spot for no charge, since the damage was superficial. He wiped it off with some magical cleaner and didn't even charge me so I tipped him. I was shocked that the damage wasn't permanent AND because most other auto places would not have been so honest about it. I came here a second time this week to remove the damage my car had from my raised driveway and some side scratches, and they fixed it in 2.5 days for the most reasonable price around. They even power washed it after they completed the maintenence! If you are looking for an HONEST auto shop who does GOOD work, look no further. I would absolutely recommend them and I will absolutely return if my car were to be damaged again (but hopefully it won't be ) Its nice to know good old fashioned business still exists.

I brought my '00 Mercedes in earlier this year to have a couple of paint issues addressed. I need to have the front grill repainted as the original paint job was going bad and the paint was just chipping away. After that I brought my car back to have the roof re-done due to the clear coat oxidizing due to sun exposure. Luis Jr. was great to work with and both jobs were done very nicely. I've been very happy with the service and the cost for each and would recommend L&L for any paint or body damage.
