My experience is with the Amazon drop off. Do pay attention the return is further inside the store. Not near the door. Bring a cart if you have a big item. The return went quickly. They had two agents. Even though the line was pretty long. Store seemed nice and well stocked. Although I ran in and out. And you get a store coupon if you do an Amazon drop off. Come early.

I really enjoyed my shopping experience at Kohl's - Sephora. I was able to get everything that I needed. The sales associates were very, very helpful. I will definitely recommend to my family and friends.

I came here shopping for instacart, so I dont browse around and im usually in a hurry. I walked directly to shoes, which was a total disaster, within a minute an employee was not so casually standing by watching me. Then a second guy comes and after a few minutes decides to ask if I need help. Which I did, the store said they had 2 pairs of the shoes I needed, guy says hes looking for them but to no avail. This whole time the first guy is standing by watching me look. He even went behind me to the kids section. They didnt find what I needed and ended up getting a different pair for my customer.
I told them I was an instacart shopper, which I figured would get them to back off. Pretty annoyed with the whole trip, then to top it off the cashier forgot to remove the security tag so I had to go back inside for that.
The rest of the store seemed to be in better order, but all the employees seemed very unfriendly and bothered to assist anyone.

Security guard is hella rude did not give me any respect kicks me out while I'm in the bathroom washing my hands and then I'll let the video show what procedes. I would be embarrassed to have such inconsiderate and rude employees. I felt an in underlaying tone of prejudice because I am homeless I do not deserve to be treated like this at all I am a legitimate customer or I was going to be one until they had kicked me out these employees don't seem to realize that customers are not only people that have bought stuff but are also people that are going to buy things and they should be treated with dignity and respect unlike what I had experienced today.
