“We just finished our bathroom remodel and honestly, it feels like we’re walking into a luxury hotel every time we step inside. The marble, gold accents, and Kohler fixtures are absolutely gorgeous and give the space such an elevated, timeless feel.
Eddie was our foreman and was extremely attentive and pleasant to work with. Same goes for the entire crew who worked so hard, showing up on time Monday through Saturday, and their attention to detail really shows in the finished result. They will never move onto the next step before consulting with me on placement and how I liked it. I was extremely happy that I did not need to micro-manage since I know that I am very particular and attentive to design and details. You can tell they take pride in their work. Every little corner and finish was done so carefully.
Dor (project manager) and Avi (owner) were also AMAZING to work with. From the start, Dor never pressured us into signing any contracts right away, adding things that didn’t make sense, nor did he ever make us feel like we were wasting his time. Prior to getting a quote from Lusso, another company gave a whole spiel about them losing money every time they went out to quote a potential client. Then they said that if they left our house without us signing a contract then we wouldn’t get any discount. Not only did it make us feel really uncomfortable and horrible but their prices were ridiculous compared to Lusso. No matter what time of day it was, Dor & Avi responded right away. They are great communicators and made the whole process smooth and stress-free, always checking in without ever pressuring us into anything. We felt comfortable the entire way through, and that meant so much.
The only regret that I had was not doing this sooner since I’m pregnant in my 3rd trimester. We’re beyond happy that they finished so quick with 2 months to spare before our baby comes so that we can truly enjoy our dual shower. We love how everything turned out and so grateful to the whole team for making our dream bathroom come true. Highly recommend them if you’re looking for quality, honesty, and a truly beautiful result!”

“We took our time to get 6 quotes for our roof replacement and new skylight installation. We were looking for a company that would install our chosen product Owens Corning Duration Cool, their estimate needed to be fair, and most importantly, their project manager needed to be easy to work with. After meeting with Alex from Forever Builders a few times (and screened his ratings on Yelp, oh yes we sure did), who seemed to meet all of the above checkpoints, we took a chance with him and Forever Builders. Our instinct was right on - Alex is the best project manager you could ask for.

His communication is exceptional, always let us know the day before what would happen the next day. He showed up everyday to take videos of the roof installation progress to share with us along the way. He responded to our questions/concerns promptly, regardless the time of the day and even in the weekend. When unexpected issues occurred, he went extra mile to make sure they were resolved in a timely manner. It took Velux 4 times to finally deliver the perfect skylight to us, Alex worked his magic to get us incentive, which brought our cost down to half of the original price.

“I had gone to several granite/quartzite places, but didn’t find anything I liked until I got to Brazilian Exotic Granite,, Inc. I could not believe how huge the place was with so many choices. It is here where I found my beautiful Quartzite slabs for my kitchen countertops. Everyone employed there was very helpful and friendly. Kathleen took care of me mostly. While I was searching for that, one special Quartzsite and it was a very hot day. Kathleen came up and greeted me, and then she even gave up her umbrella to keep me from baking in the sun. I said well we can share because it was a huge umbrella, but she said she would go get another one. And she bought me water. That was very kind and thoughtful.While I was in the yard searching for that, one special Quartzite. I wish I had gone there first so I wouldn’t have wasted my time at the other places.I will be ordering marble for my backsplash as soon as I get a good quote. Haven’t even picked up the quartzite yet, but I am very anxious to get this project started.You really don’t need to go anywhere else, but save your time and just head over to Brazilian Exotic Granite, Inc.When get the final quotes for my fabricator/tile person, and make my choice, I will order the marble for my backsplash once I know how much I will need I will bring pastries/donuts for the entire staff.I wish I could provide photos, but demolition hasn’t even begun. “Just had my kitchen done this month and have to say Jerry and the team are awesome. I am very happy with my kitchen, and the price was very reasonable especially for the amount of work they put into it. This was no cookie cutter kitchen, our kitchen has all kind of weird angles and things that they had to adjust for.Jerry was easy to work with, very fair, and a pleasure to talk to. He was on top of things and got the job rolling efficiently. I was really glad to have met him and he stands by the work that they do.Ricardo is top notch, he removed my old kitchen countertops and cabinets in less than and hour and a half and had already cleaned up. Then Ricardo began installing the new cabinets and he always arrived early to work which was nice and I could see he took pride in his work. I had a chance to chat with Ricardo a few times and he's a really cool likeable guy who is a very knowledgeable hard working person. I am super impressed with the attention to detail and his going above and beyond to make everything right.Next came Miguel, who cut and installed the countertops. Miguel is also a really likeable guy and I had a chance to chat with him as well. Miguel is very detail oriented and Miguel also went above and beyond to make everything right and did a solid job. I could also see Miguel took pride in his work and he made some really awesome countertops that we really love. Miguel is also a hard worker and stayed until the job was done, and both he and I were satisfied with the end result.I met Jose the first time when he came over to my place to do measurements on the kitchen prior to us committing to the remodel and Jose obtained a price quote for the job the very next day with no delay. He was also easy to talk to and another likeable guy like the other two mentioned above. Jose also came back and installed the knobs on our cabinets and did a solid job even with hardened metal screws on the knobs. These weren't ordinary knobs with regular metal screws, these were to our surprise, some strange hard metal that required some above and beyond modification. Jose got them installed and they look great.My experience with the team at Kitchen Emporium was better than my expectation. The team were all professional, and just really good hard working honest people. I was referred to Kitchen Emporium by a friend and I will be referring more of my friends to have their homes done once they see our new kitchen.I appreciate the great work you all did, its nothing short of amazing. “I always get lost in this store in the best possible way. They have a great selection of everything for the home, just give yourself time to sift through everything. Got a bunch of really nice frames. Great candles (even soy based). There's a bathroom in the back, could be cleaner by fine enough. I always wait a little in line to pay but never as long as at the one in mission valley. Bonus that the shopping center also has a tj maxx, sprouts and dollar store.”

I had many options and many places to go actually five but one thing is for sure I came back to Pacific sells for one reason and one reason only. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Xylina Is the most helpful, courteous, non-pushy beyond just flat out HELPFUL sales person I’ve ever come across in any situation. Along with her Manager, Charles.
