If I could give zero Stars I would the man that was working today was absolute a horrible attitude! I brought my students for a field trip and rather than greeting us and welcoming us into the store, he opened the door and questioned why we were all there and all of us wanted moisturizer this early in the morning? Not as a joke not to be funny he was just plain rude! I've been to the location at UTC mall and had an exactly opposite experience so I believe it is only this location.... I was excited to bring my students because I love the history the background the products and was planning on purchasing the face cream and would have recommended it to all my students to make purchases while we were in the store... He acted very bothered that we would want to know the history of your amazing company dating back to the 1800s I'm sure there was so much that he could have told us about where you came from and everything that you provide and when I asked him he gave me a 1 minute summary with the rudest face and attitude so we all felt so unwelcome that we decided to leave without buying anything... So it was a loss for your company as well as a loss for my students that were excited about this field trip he bragged about being there for 5 years I'm not sure how he has lasted this long with such poor customer service and an inability to tell us about this company that he should know so much about after such longevity with you. I would definitely recommend reminding him you are nothing without your customers and you just lost an entire classroom full of students that would have been potential buyers today!!!

This old dinosaur greatly regrets, not having a disciplined facial skin care routine since I was a teen. Honestly, I have taken for granted my facial skin. Don't come at me. I'm not conceited, but I overall my skin is pretty nice. Admittedly genetics have a big part of it. "Asian don't raisin" is real, IYKYK. "I got it from my mama. I have always taken care of the skin on my body with exfoliators, body washes, oils & creams. BUT not the face not so much through life. I would usually wash my face when I showered every morning. In young adult hood I discovered Mac. I was pretty religious about having my make up on point. Maybe 1/4 of the time I would slather whatever cream I had available and scrape off the make up then go to bed. Cleaning the face was done in the shower. Again, no special skin routine anymore, facial moisturizer was usually whatever cream or oil I used on my body. Growing up with a majority of non-Asian friends, they used Noxzema or other facial products that were too aggressive for my skin. I tried Mary Kay, Murad or whatever brand that was on sale at the local drugstore but was not disciplined enough to keep up with that regimen.These days with a lot of people have Botox or resilin. Social media, and it filters from AI doesn't help. facial skin, no matter what age looks supple and pretty close to ageless. The last two years I have tried to get a decent skin care routine, which consisted of a cleanser and moisturizer. Sometimes exfoliated again with whatever I found on sale. Recently, I decided I was going to take care of my face to avoid Botox as long as possible. Google pointed in the direction of Kiehls ultra facial moisturizer. Stopped in Sephora got a little multi pack of Kiehls trying to get a better deal on it. Here's where I became smitten with all the products Kiehls store fronts only carry. A few times I have been to this particular location all the staff or sales people were super helpful. Fortunately, I was helped by a beautiful young lady named Jennifer. She was well informative of the products in the Kiehls line. I can tell you that it seems to have taken 10 years off my face without Botox. Again I have to say Jennifer helped with finding a facial skin care routine tailored to my needs. Definitely plan to continue buying from this start storefront.

Jennifer and Ono are the best in the business ! They were super friendly and nice , answering all the questions my friend and I had about our skin and skincare routine. We both were able to get a skin care consultation from Jennifer, and we left with great products. Will definitely come back to get serviced again from Jennifer and Ono, thanks so much !

Excellent customer service, very knowledgeable staff and great recommendations. The products are expensive but, worth it.I would recommend you come in and ask questions, they don’t just want to sell you things you don’t need. You always leave with samples of other products.

Great Customer Service! Staff Worker Ono took the time to educate me on the products I needed. All the staff were friendly as well. They also carried doggie skin care as well. Will be back for sure.

I had the most horrible service from employee CC at Fashion Valley store, I will visit LaJolla going forward. CC was rude and not helpful! Do better CC because customer satisfaction does matter and I will call corporate!

Had the best experience at the Fashion Valley location today. Super friendly and attentive sales associate provided me with quality customer service. Have been a loyal Kiehls customer for years, my visit to the store today was another reminder of why I continue to use their product!

Kiehl's is a lifesaver and my skin's best friend!!Recently, since the store closure due to Covid-19, I was almost COMPLETELY OUT of facial products. Thankfully, the stores are back open and they now offer curbside pick-up. I called the Fashion Valley store to purchase items I was out of.I spoke with the sales guy named "UNO" and he was an absolute ROCKSTAR!!! ???After, I was done purchasing my items over the phone, he kindly directed me where to park so he could bring the items out to me!! He came to my car in a matter of minutes with my items.Talk about MAJOR ROCKSTAR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! ?????UNO deserves a raise!! ?? He was SUPER FRIENDLY over the phone and even more so in person!!!Thanks UNO and Kiehl's for putting my face back on track!! UNO...YOU'RE THE BEST!!!!!❤❤
