It was my first time stepping into this place even though I pass it all the time since I had some time to kill and wow! The staff is amazing! The moment I stepped foot in the store I was welcomed by Brandon, who walked me through some of the holiday sets and then asked me what my personal goal was for skincare and he immediately had some products to recommend which were all amazing. Shortly after he told me they did a complimentary skin type test in which they take photos of your skin, analyze the results and then recommend products based on any concerns. It was such a great experience and I recommend if you’re looking for some high quality skincare products as the staff walks you through everything :)

I recently had the pleasure of ordering from Kiehl's over the phone, and I was blown away by the exceptional service provided by one of their employees. His name was Brandon, and he truly went above and beyond to make my experience a memorable one. When I called in my order, Brandon greeted me with a friendly and welcoming tone. He took the time to ask me about my skincare concerns and recommended products that were tailored to my specific needs. Despite not being able to see me in person, I was impressed by his extensive knowledge of the different products, and his ability to explain their benefits in a clear and concise manner.What really stood out to me, however, was Brandon's incredible customer service skills. He was patient, attentive, and genuinely interested in helping me find the perfect products for my skin. He took the time to answer all of my questions and even offered to send me some samples to try before I made a purchase.Thanks to Brandon's excellent recommendations and guidance, I ended up ordering several products that I absolutely love. I have noticed a significant improvement in the appearance of my skin since using them, and I am grateful to Brandon for his expertise.Overall, my experience with Kiehl's was made exceptional by the incredible service provided by Brandon over the phone. Came in here on 1/27 in the afternoon. I was hoping I might find a lip balm w/SPF, despite hearing that Kiehls discontinued them. The lady working said Kiehls hasn't had lip balm w/SPF in nearly 8 years. I laughingly told her I use Mango flavored lip balm w/SPF so it must be super expired. She was very quick to tell me that Kiehls never had a Mango w/SPF. I told her they did bc I use it everyday. She continued to be aggressive & tell me they didn't. Well came home & guess what! Mango w/SPF is a thing! I attached a pic for proof! I advise that next time she wants to rudely & aggressively try to insinuate that people are wrong, she make sure she is correct herself. Will never visit this store again.

If ever there was a spokesperson for Kiehl's, Brandon would be the one. My sister and I came in looking for something specific and Brandon was so incredible and helpful. He gave us a lot of personal attention, and we felt very seen and taken care of. We are both so grateful for his help and thought he was such a great representation of this company. My sister was about to purchase some face cream to travel with, but he reminded her at the cash register that the amount would be too much for her carry-on according to TSA guidelines. That honesty is what showed us that he's a real one. Brandon, thank you for your transparency and your kindness! We want to return here solely for you!

Today I went into Kiehl's in Westfield UTC mall to restock on facial care products during the 25% sale. Brandon helped me with a consultation which was much needed and appreciated given that my skin has changed over the years and I wanted to try new products that would help my current skin needs. Brandon is very knowledgeable in all products and was able to recommend great options for my skin type. Love Kiehl's and the whole Kiehl's staff. They do an amazing job! Brandon was outstanding.

I love coming to this Kiehl's location even though I live closer to Fashion Valley. The main reason is because the service I receive from the staff here is amazing. I'd like to call out one particular staff member, Angelica. She is very knowledgeable and does not hesitate to offer comparable products if they do not have what I am looking for. I also love the fact that she offers me samples for products I am interested in. Which I will have to tell you made me come back to purchase some of those products sampled. If you happen to be at the UTC Mall you should stop in if you are looking to buy something new or replenish a product or two.
