Absolutely amazing! Friendly staff. They didn't have what I needed, but what they do have, they have a LOT of. The people I'm hanging around with, I wouldn't be surprised if one of them had a printing press, and I now have a source for maintenance supplies.
They have a whole aisle for envelopes!

Pains me to leave a review since I've done business with KP/Spicers for over 10 years. Recently, I have had dealings with "Mitchell Bird" who has displayed perhaps the worst Customer Service I've experienced within this Company. Every time making a purchase, I have to have my Business Info input into their system causing a 10-15 wait time while other customers wait in line. Today, I was given a customer account number, and when I tried making a 2nd purchase could not find and had to do all over again. Is it hard to just have an order ready when calling in advance on the cart with an invoice and ready to pay????? My God. Instead of trying to find a solution, Mitchell get's an attitude and tries to make this my problem and in Turn tells my "I hardly buy from them" on my previous visit! Mitchell and Eric (New Management) lack the common courtesy of follow up, and customer satisfaction to correct issues such as these. I've given them multiple chances to correct this, and in not doing so speaks volumes of their willing to keep my Business. Right now I am searching for another Vendor. I will be rating them 2 stars since the place is clean. Although usually they're out of stock of many items, and cannot ever correct this seeing the LA Locations have plenty, I'll say this is an issue within themselves. 2 stars guys and Bye!

100% fave paper store. i use it for publishing small press books with art covers and it's outstanding for 8.5 x 11, 11x17, and other standard size papers. im prob gonna stuff a bag full of this fir a project I'm working on before i head to nyc. Been going to this place since the early 90s.

if you're looking to buy paper supplies in bulk this place is worth checking out. It's tucked back behind the front of the building on a little side side street. The person that helped me was very nice and since they didn't stock the type of paper I was needing and didn't sell anything by the sheet he still took the time to discuss the subject with me. He did have sheets of an alternate type of paper by the sheets and he gave me some sheets to try to see if it would work for me. The store was very clean well organized I would recommend this place.
