Great service and experience getting the front bumper replaced on my Audi. Warm and friendly service. Excellent communication and follow up. My 13 year old car looked almost new when repaired. They even detailed my car both inside and out! Buffed out a large scratch in the paint that was unrelated to the repair. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Avoid at all costs. This body shop did such a poor job on my repair that 6 months later my bumper started coming off. Upon returning to show them the damage the shop manager told me to leave it for half a day and that they would repair the issue. After receiving a call that my car was ready I showed up to the shop manager telling me they made the damage worse than before. He mentioned that they ordered an “aftermarket part” that was not the correct fitment. That would have been nice to know 6 months ago.
The service here is awful, the quality of repair is awful. The communication is awful. The body shop that is now having to perform a corrective repair because of these clowns mentioned that it is some of the worst work they have after seen. No apologies, no desire to make it right - this insurance approved shop is a joke.
AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU ACTUALLY CARE ABOUT YOUR CAR. Cannot say enough bad things about them. I attached pictures of their “high quality work”

Came in here with a small damage, wheel molding came off and the bumper got loose. I got a price estimate very quickly, Efren clearly explained the work involved. Quick and straightforward communication. Parts were ordered and arrived quickly. Job was done within a day. Very professional, won’t be going anywhere else for this sort of work.

They have awesome customer service,
Efren the manager is on point and direct, he has the passion to get you back on the road. My car was very severe on damages, they did a better job fixing it then factory. The car came off the lot cleaner then arrived so basically I had a brand new car again. Very happy. But most of all he went to the extreme making sure both parties (myself) and the guy that hit me were always on the same page. Even tho it’s not his responsibility to coordinate with someone involved on my accident. He made sure the other guy was always notified about changes to invoice etc that way my headache stressing out making sure it was paid. He took care of the other party and dealing with them also. Made it very comfortable knowing things are getting done asap and correct. Irene the front desk girl is on it also. She made sure to contact me and direct me if Efren was not available. She was very respectful . Sergio the tech helped me out also Very professional!

They fixed some auto damage to my car a few years ago, and it was such great experience that I used them again last month. They are so professional, they give you updates, and it was a great experience yet again. I sent a friend who wanted an estimate on her car. She said while Kearny Mesa was the lowest estimate, he also gave her a very detailed explanation which the other shops did not give to her. She was very impressed. I definitely recommend this shop!

If you've been in an accident or know someone who needs somewhere to get an honest estimate, you've found the right place!!!! Someone caused it that ended up affecting my car and it was a lot of headache and stress to resolve, everything was resolved calmly when I arrived at this place! I no longer had any concerns about the insurance of the person who caused the accident, because they got in direct contact and let me know every update about the insurance and my car, without words to thank them! very polite and sweet people, God bless my friend efrennn
