If I can give this place less than one star I would. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. Warranty work not completed, I was left with a broken car, my gas tank GUSHING GASOLINE and after three times they still left my car with a major gas leak. I pray you don't ever use this shop under any circumstances. Such a bad experience i filed a report with the Bureau of Automotive Repair.

first of all, I want to give this auto shop 10 more stars for the review. secondly, I want to say that as a young woman in an emergency vehicle situation, the gentlemen that helped me at Family Auto Service could not have been better. Omar was the first person to assist me as a walk-in on a Saturday morning. he took a look at my van, gave me a quick idea of what might be wrong, and got me seen right away. Taylor was who worked on my van and was extremely patient, kind, and detailed when he described what was going on. Tate was not only an exceptional communicator with other clients, but was very kind, friendly, and attentive to me during my visit. I know this is not the experience of everyone in these situations, so I'm hoping to spread the news that these men are exceptionally professional and competent at what they do. This was an ideal experience in so many ways - I can't thank them enough :)

i had a great experience with family auto! they were graciously able to fit me in at the end of the day for a pre purchase inspection. they were quick, thorough, and completely unbiased. great price and great people, i would definitely go back!

Wont be returning here again. My last two visits resulted in new problems I didn't have when visited their shop. First was an alignment that resulted in shaking in my steering wheel on the freeway. The second was getting my thermostat changed and air box installed. They used my coolant and try to charge me for it. Charged me to install the air box but after finding it isn't compatible it didn't get installed, but still tried to charge me. Now my dash "VSC" & "TRAC OFF" light has come on and they said they cant fix it!

These guys are the best! I've always come here for repairs (always quick and reasonably priced) and recently brought in a Carmax used car for an inspection. They found evidence of extensive bodywork and a collision, contrary to the clean Carfax. Saved me from buying a shady vehicle!
I really appreciate that they bring me back and show me what they see, explain what can be fixed now or later, and answer any questions. I swear I learn something new every time I come here. Thank you Tate, Omar, Kenny and the whole crew!

Brought my truck in.. They replaced valve cover gaskets. 2 days later I am back. They say my engine is seized need a new one. I buy a remanufactured engine comes with 5 yr warranty. They install engine. Engine fails after maybe 1000 miles. They communicate with engine company. Engine company says they installed wrong, but they send me another one. I have them install 2nd engine. Engine fails not even an oil change. Again engine company says installed wrong didn't properly clean air intake manifold. After 2nd install manger said engine stalled, but had no gas, said my gas gauge was out. Did not replace it but when I got the truck back 2nd time gas gauge worked fine. Since they installed wrong twice, engine company will not honor warranty.
This shop takes no responsibility for any of the work they did and say I'm out my 9.5k i spent there. They did charge me labor for the 2nd engine 3500.00.. Pictures taken from shop evaluated by the engine company says debris was in the engine from not properly cleaning air intake manifold. Wouldn't trust them at all. Sketchy stuff.
I told them I wanted a remanufactured engine, why not find one with me that you would warranty then.

It's nice to know there are still friendly accommodating businesses like this one! They took care of my Oil change and gave me a discount even though the coupon I had was an old one. Jackie on the phone and Tate in the office were so nice to do business with! I shall return and tell other people about this place to service your car!

They are the best in the area. Very honest and provide great service.
I got oil change within 60$. With coupon. This would cost 80-90 $ other places.
They provide multipoint inspection. Tire rotation all fluid refill etc within the same price.
Other dealer would. Ost atleast 150$ for all these services.
