They have the cutest dog beds. My dog Tucker loves loves, loves his bed. I always have a good time with the ladies at work. They’re super helpful and great interactions every time I go in. It definitely makes you want to go back.

I bought a embroidered top 3 months ago which started unraveling after 2 gentle hand washings. I took the $300 top to the store today, December 15, 2021, and spoke to the only store clerk who was wearing a mask, so I don’t know her name. She looked up my purchase and told me there was a 30 day return policy so there was nothing she could do. I asked for a replacement item and she did look to see if there were any but said they were all sold out. I said to her “then Johnny Was doesn’t stand behind their products” which she replied “oh yes they do” and I replied “how does that work then if my top takes 3 months to fall apart, not 30 days?” She just kept repeating their 30 day policy. What happens if you buy something but don’t wear it for a few months? I often buy things but don’t wear them right away. Reputable stores like Nordstrom always refunds or exchanges merchandise that is defective or doesn’t hold up under normal wear and tear, no questions asked. Beware people if you buy an expensive, overpriced item at Johnny Was you better wear it right away and maybe every day just so you can take it back to get refunded when it starts unraveling. Even worse was that I was the only customer in the store when I walked in and then an older man came up to the counter behind me and complained of his wait time while I was still in conversation with the clerk. He handed his credit card to her and requested a gift certificate when I was still talking, and she ignored me and started helping him! I was asking her what she would do if she bought a $300 top and it started coming apart. She didn’t answer but I could see she was perplexed about the question. The man said he didn’t want to listen to our conversation anymore and butted right in before I was finished talking. She quickly catered to him to avoid resolving my situation. Unbelievable customer service! Rude, unprofessional and not accommodating whatsoever! No more business at Johnny Was in store or catalog. Their expensive clothing is made by slave labor in China anyway, so no humanity in giving them my business.

This place have very good selection of clothing. Customer service is very very excellent no worries about time the person is showing the collections of clothing OMG. I am giving 4 stars because of service and price.

Fantastic store, great people, fabulous clothes, overall going there is a treat. I visit the store often to find new treasures. Johnny Was clothes are unique and exciting, and worth the money.

I had a wonderful experience today with Taylor! She knew exactly what tops would go with.my new leggings and, although she gave me several choices, I ended up with her first idea. She was very patient (even took my picture so I could get my daughter's input!) and kind. I will go back and make sure to ask for Taylor!

The location and selection were great at fashion valley, but my main complaint would be that no one helped me at all during the entire 25 minutes I was in the store. I've spent over 4K on Johnny Was at the Santa Monica, San Marino and Nashville locations and every time I entered, I was greeted and felt welcome at these locations. I was really excited to see my favorite store at fashion valley during my vacation but couldn't ignore the fact that the sales reps helped the girls on my left and right but didn't even look in my direction...I felt like I wasn't welcome to buy their clothes and it really makes me wonder whether I should continue to to buy from this company. While their blouses are beautiful, shouldn't my $248 purchase for 1 shirt equate to me being acknowledged by even one employee? I mean they even offered themselves snacks and champagne from their welcome display rack while I browsed the clothes next to them. The feeling of being so unwelcome really made me sad bc of the wonderful experiences I had elsewhere and mad bc I had already been a loyal customer of the brand
