This was my first new car purchase and it was so much better than I expected. My salesman Pedro made sure everything was accurate and done in a timely fashion. Justin, one of sales managers, got me approved quickly with a payment I was more than satisfied with. I’m still amazed.

Terrible service department!! My sister took her truck in for a "engine light" issue. They ran a diagnostic on the 2nd day. After 3 days, they still could not tell her what the issue was and had no answer as to how long it would take to repair or how much it would cost. She picked up the truck without any repair and all they could say was "we're sorry!" Should be zero stars!!! Stay away!!!

Worst car buying experience ever. Long story short. My wife requested an E-price from the website for a Silverado. One of the salesman emailed her a link that contained the detailed info about the truck and a price of 51145. The price listed on the website was 57145. I called the dealership to verify that the E-price was correct. I thought it was a bait and switch tactic. Gabe, the sales manager told me that he would honor the price sent to her. I told him that it was a great deal, to which he replied "we're the number one selling 1500 dealership in Southern California." I secured my own financing and showed up that afternoon. When we arrived, the deal was NOT honored. Gabe told me he had no idea what the link was and that an E-price is not a quote. He literally acted like he had never seen the linked information before. I understand mistakes happen but when they do, you should own up to them. The sales team never did. Instead, they kept gaslighting me saying that wasn't the price and there was a glitch. They insisted on getting me to buy the car at a higher price and finance with GMs horrible 8.9 percent interest rate to save 2000 dollars. No one was listening, they were all so focused on getting their money they forgot about the customer. I was upset, and after a few heated exchanges on the show room floor my wife and I left. We went to Bob Stall Cheverolet, worked with an outstanding team of professionals and bought the truck I wanted. I will never return here and neither will any of my friends or family. PS the next day I clicked the link and the price had been changed from 51145 to 56145.

Why do they take appointments ? Waited in drive up line for a half hour before a service rep even approached me. Was there for COMPLIEMENTARY tire rotation and check on my 2023 Bolt. Told it would take an hour. After waiting for almost two hours with no updates car was finally done. I thought maybe they had thrown it on the charger or maybe a comp car wash for the inconvenience . No just a weak "sorry for the delay"

Charged 2 diagnostic fees $215 each for issues they couldn't service. Charged over $500 for one headlight bulb replacement.
