I honestly never had good experience in this store.Also, why everytime i go there, the person who is working hating his job. I asked about another size and he was bother of my questionMoreover if you want to return they find a way to not accept it , bad experience!

Dont shop here! This is the second time that I have tried to return something at this store that was originally purchased with cash and each time they tell me that they don't have enough cash to refund me and only offer store credit. I am still within the return window and per policy should get my cash back. Their service and staff are terrible. Shop somewhere else that actually follows their return policy.

I honestly never had good experience in this store. I don’t know why everytime i go the person who is there hating the job. Always on the phone no hello no any kind of welcoming atmosphere. One time they sold me something full price and online was sale, I called the lady was actually nice on the phone and said bring it will match it for free. Today i went i asked the guy is it full price, he said yes then I looked there was a sale sticker on it. I was like well its sale and online shows extra 20% off sale so it should be this price and showed him online. He was very rude and said online is different order it online. Am like ok then will order online as last time i was informed you can always match online price and left. He was really not nice abd my daughter kept crying wanting the dress but i will never go back to this location ever.

I usually shop online at Janie and Jack but had to do an in-store return recently and I was so impressed with the Manager and her team working there. They were all such lovely people, kind and patient and I definitely plan to shop in store more often instead of online because these women truly made the experience of being in store wonderful. I wish I had gotten their names to thank them personally. I highly recommend shopping here!

PRICY BUT CUTE1) it's a store that originated in San Francisco. That is an automatic plus for me. 2) Cutest clothes for toddlers 3) Accessible at the local mallThis has been my go-to toddler store when I buy for my close friends daughter. She already has style for a young toddler and love their seasonal and themed clothes here. Yes, it's pricy for toddler clothes and toddlers will likely wear the outfit once or twice before growing out of it. BUT ITS WORTH IT!Until the next review...

The customer service at Janie and Jack is excellent. They answer their phones and communicate in a friendly and professional manner. The clothes are beautiful, the staff will help you pick out outfits and get great deals. I had to make a return and exchange, they made it very easy. Even holding things for me multiple times. The clothes themselves are high quality fabric, stitching, and style. The clothes are a little pricey, but the price is reasonable for such good quality. Great experience.
