Service advisor (Gabriel) extremely nice and friendly. However. during the last three months, car has been more in service than in the road. Very slow and lengthy service, no loaner cars. Have to spend a lot of time going back and forward to the dealership. Tried to establish contact with Service Manager but phone call was not returned.

No follow up on secondary key with David after many attempts to contact him.Finally reached out to the Manager (Michael Brand) and just as one would assume, I am "stone walled" on this request.My fault, should of put it on the contract, just thought they would to the right thing as verbal agreements mean nothing now a days.

I have found Jaguar of San Diego is always so easy, friendly, and professional in my dealings with all of the service department staff and procedures. I was promptly notified that there was an earlier appointment available which I was happy to take. I think the work was done as expeditiously as possible and I was updated through short text messages as to what was going on during the repair process. I think Jaguar has the best service department that I have encountered in all of San Diego.

Jeremy is our service advisor and he consistently provides prime service. He communicates with us continuously any issues with our car and tries to save us money when faced with high costs as best as he can.Jeremy’s personality is friendly, direct and professional, and it is always a pleasure to chat with him.We only request our service needs be served by Jeremy because we are so happy with how he handles issues with our car.

I initially (in June 2023) thought I would give Jaguar SD a 5 star review based off of my experience from my salesperson and the service department team. Now, I return to give them a new review of a 2 star and that is only because of the service department team (otherwise I would give them a 1 star OR NO stars). . I bought an F-Pace on 6/9/2023. A few days before, I went to the dealership and test drove the F-Pace. I checked to see what type of spare the F-Pace came with (full size or a donut because my last crossover SUV came with a donut), and the F-Pace did not have any spare tire in the trunk and I was told because it is a "run-flat" tire. Okay, not a problem. The only thing in my spare tire area is the battery. A few days later, the sales person (withholding name specifically) delivered my F-Pace to me (awesome). We do a one more look over with the car together finish up the paperwork, and I take possession of my new F-Pace. Fast forward to 9/15, I leave in the AM for work and I have a flat tire (on my rim) - no problem, let me go in my trunk and find my portable air-pump to see if the tire will inflate so I can get to a tire shop or something. Jaguar gave me 2 black zip up kits, so I open up the first one - its a introductory car kit to wipe my dash etc ok, not a problem, let me open up the 2nd kit it's gotta be a portable air pump ... WRONG. It is a first aid kit. Wait ... so not only do I not have a spare tire, I don't have a portable air pump but instead I'm given a cleaning kit and a first aid kit?!?! Seriously! Ok, luckily I have a call a friend life line left (being sarcastic), so I called a friend who has a portable air pump, they come on over (bc it was going to be faster than roadside assistance). We got my tires inflated and headed on over to the tire shopOn Monday 9/18/2023 (I didn't call them on Friday because I had to get to work etc)- I called Jaguar to inquire on why would a cleaning kit and first aid kit be the kits of choice to give to their customers and not an air pump if their cars don't come with a spare? Well the sales person who took my call said the cars do come with a spare. I said, well no mines did not, I was told it doesn't because its a run flat (and your sticker says its a self sealing), he says well your sales person is working today, let me transfer you. My sales person did not pick up the phone (got transferred to the operator) so I sent my sales person a text (found their # in my phone) and inquired. The sales person responded: "As our cars come with a full size spare wheel they don't come with pump." I responded, "Mines didn't have a spare So only the cars and not the F-Pace? That's crazy" NO RESPONSE FROM SALESPERSON AND 48HRS LATER ... STILL NO RESPONSE! I will NOT be recommending this LOCATION to anyone to purchase from. Service ... again, so far, the service team has been great! I would recommend a different location to buy from. OR ... just make sure you check if your car has a spare and if it doesn't .... tell them to give you an air pump instead of your cleaning kit or a first aid kit!

The new location is superior to the old one. Much nicer facility. My service advisor Chris was a pleasure to work with, and the technician servicing my car successfully diagnosed a nagging problem that had been around for over a year. The car was returned to me like new. The video inspection was a nice touch.

Gabriel my service advisor was awesome. Upfront and honest about everything from length of time it would take to get the work done to pricing. He has great communication skills and kept me informed until I picked up my vehicle. He even followed up afterwards to make sure I was happy with the vehicle service. Service like that will keep me coming back.

My father was having service done to pass smog. They were awful at getting back to him and sometimes didn't answer his calls. Now I understand that the service center can be busy but they should have time to answer questions like when are the parts coming or that the parts are on back order and such. Probably the nature of the beast with cars in that price range but the service should be on par with the brand...namely Jaguar.

I always have the best service from Gabe. He is proactive and communicates what is going on with my car. The people that greet at the service bays are always friendly and helpful.My car had a similar issue shortly after my first visit for the issue... got it towed to the dealer (tow truck there within 1 hour! wow! ) the problem was fixed quickly! Thankful for my Jaguar team.

Jeremy made sure that I could be seen early so that my vehicle was available when I needed it. Also when I told him I would be dropping it off early in the morning he made sure that David was available to take the car from me and get things rolling. I was clearly presented information and pricing on both necessary and recommended services. Due to the true feeling of worth from both David and Jeremy I selected to do all the services as I have come to trust the dealership and Jeremy with my vehicle. Everyone always makes me feel so welcome! Keep up the great work!
