JCrew misleads customers with a "30 day return policy." When you order online, it's really more like a week (JCrew subtracts the time it takes them and their shippers to send the package, send the return, and then process the return) Direct quote from customer service: "it takes up to two weeks for the return to be completed and the policy indicates that returns need to be processed and received within the 30 day window" ... shady practice, I would avoid doing business with this company.

I walked in thirty minutes before they were about to close (I hate being that person sometimes but it happens)I didn't get the name of the wonderful lady that was eager to answer any questions I had and set up the fitting room with the clothes I wanted to try on, but she was amazing. I'll definitely come back, and I urge others to check this branch out.

I really would like to love this store but I can't find anything here that fits me. So I order online & pick it up here, and they have friendly staff.If you're unsure of the fit or style, order it online & have it delivered here. It makes returns hassle-free. You might find something else in the store, but not if you're petite & wears xxs. Never going to happen !
