Lovely people. They've been in business for 23 years and the ambiance is very relaxing and nice, so are the owners. Came for a broken bracelet's repair and was done in less than 5 minutes, incredibly quick service. I'll definitely be back here whenever needed

I took my diamond pendant to JB Jewelers to repair a broken section that threads through the gold chain. The owner Javier arranged its repair within hours and I couldn't be more pleased. Such the case with fine jewelry, my necklace is very sentimental to me so trust is of uttermost importance.

Frankly, my life has been a s*** show lately. Actually, for the past two years. My fiancé passed away one year ago, and I had a beautiful glass/acrylic pendant created with some of his ashes. I wore it around my neck every day for this past year. I had to have surgery on my hand having blown out several tendons spontaneously, so I am in a cast. I thought I could carefully maneuver the clasp on the chain that held that pendant, but I was wrong, and the pendant fell crashing to the floor, and breaking the glass bale. To say I cried hard would be an understatement... Two days passed before I thought to myself, gosh maybe a jeweler could glue something on the piece so I could continue to wear this beautiful pendant. I called and spoke to Javier and went in and met Cecelia at this wonderful jewelry store. They conferred with the jeweler who said that he could attach a sterling silver bale using a special glue. I was very nervous to leave my pendant there, but in a few days went to pick it up and honestly it is now more gorgeous than it ever was. I got very teary-eyed when I saw it and I could see the tears welling up in Cecelia's eyes too. She and her husband give remarkable TLC and care to every single customer who comes through the door. Please please please patronize their wonderful jewelry store!

The owner who claims he has been in business for decades but literally doesn't know how to size a watch. They make an attempt to make the place look legit but its not. Totally shady.

It's been a while since I've written a review, but I'm coming back on air for this phenomenal business, folks! JB Jewelers is a one of a kind establishment that combines genuine old school community relationships with ridiculously thoughtful skill and service. I've now brought my a few pieces in, from a family heirloom to a gold necklace and even replacing a diamond on my engagement ring. I fully fully trust these folks to fix the most delicate and meaningful pieces.They are efficient, communicative, and do great work. They're also lovely to talk to!

We have been going to JB Jewelers for the last 5+ years. When I say that they are a phenomenal jeweler I truly mean it. We have had them do a variety of work including cleaning, new purchases, sourcing, and repairs - all of which were done promptly, with great communication and to a high degree of quality. Javier and Cecilia are always super welcoming/kind and I couldn't recommend them and JB Jewelers more!

Honest, professional, and very customer service oriented! Everything I love about supporting a small/local business. Been going to Time Wise forever but these folks have won me over hands down...plus the parking is sooo much better :)!

Beware, they do not guarantee their work. If I could give them a zero, I would. I took my wedding ring in to get the setting repaired with the diamond. My husband picked up my ring the day before our 18th wedding anniversary and had a long talk with the owner about supporting small local businesses. Four weeks later I show someone my ring and my diamond was missing. It had fallen out of the setting and was no where to be found. I went to Javier to show him the ring and setting and he denied even working on it! He said it was not the ring I brought in when he had it written in his notes my setting and cut style. He changed his story when he knew that wasn't going to work and said that I probably lost it gardening. Then he said I probably broke the diamond and he was not responsible (if the diamond broke, the setting would be damaged, it's not). I was so shocked by his lack of integrity and compassion. I asked him, "Don't you guarantee your craftmanship?" and he point blank said "No". The entire time I was there, he was pacing, denying, and telling me I was blaming him for my problem. I have been going there for years with other repairs and cleanings, I trusted him with the most precious piece of jewelry and now it's gone forever b/c of them. I'll be finding a better, more trustworthy jeweler.

After getting engaged a few months ago, it was realized quickly that there were some loose prongs on my ring. After doing some research on shops in our area, my fiancé and I decided to go to JB Jewelers to get this problem fixed. The owners, a husband and wife duo, are so incredibly friendly and and when we ended up having to come back a second time a month later, they gave us a break on the charge. The quality of service provided on my ring was great and it's as beautiful as ever. We love having a jeweler that we can count on right down the road and I intend to come to them to have my wedding band designed when that time comes!

I honestly love doing business with the couple from JB Jewelers. I've had many items fixed, custom orders, even just stop by to check out what they have and I've never been disappointed. They are super helpful, give good deals and offer options they might not have in store. I got my husband a new wedding band that they didn't have in stock and they found something and ordered it in for me. Thanks for the personalized service.

I have an antique ring, designed and created in the 1950's, a heirloom from my mother which I use as my wedding band. I asked Javier and Cecelia of JB JEWELERS if they could make earrings to match the design and carat quality of the ring. They took exceptional care and are wonderful people! The earrings turned out exquisite, beautiful replicas, with the carat quality GREATER than my mother's ring. I am completely overwhelmed with the results. They exceeded every expectation and I, admittedly, am very picky, always looking for perfection. I found it at JB JEWELERS.
