I purchased my 2021 RZR Turbo 4S here back in October of 2020. They were the only dealer within reasonable mileage from me that had the exact model I wanted. The price was also the best I found anywhere else. I dealt with Lee and she was great. I will definitely buy from here again. Here is what my RZR looks like after a few mods ?

I am very Old School and not one to write on social media. But I had a wonderful service experience having my Can Am Spyer serviced. Corey the conact person was extremely professional, courteous, knowledgeable and above all down to earth in being honest about their services. Maintained communications and updates during the service. I must rate their business model a 11 on a 10 scale. I recommend them for motorcycle service.

U should know that although you schedule an appointment. This is ONLY a time to drop of your UTV. It took them 3 months to fix a transmission leak and would've taken them even longer had I not ordered the last part on my own thru amazon. Their supplier was not going to be able to deliver the gear for 3 more weeks. Communication is terrible by them. They do not call back when they tell you they will and any updates will require you constantly checking in on them. This is NOT Ivan Stewart's.......

I put my info to be contacted about a RZR 1000 XP 4 and Lee called. She answered ALL my questions over the phone and gave me an upfront price. All the other dealers around SD area would not give me that info. My wife and 2 crazy kids went in to look and they were all very accommodating. Felt no pressure to buy, answered my questions, and enjoyed just being there along with my kids. So we decided to buy. Prices are outstanding and upfront. They don't have the crazy ADM additional dealer markup like EVERY other place does. Lee did great with the paper work, Dan was awesome with questions and information and Fred did a very through walk through with us. Unfortunately, my rzr had a hick up due to lack of detail (from Polaris) and I called Dan and he told me to bring it right in. Dan assured me it would be taken care of and not to worry about a thing. First time I've been to a dealer and felt like I would be taken care. Highly recommend this place. They really do make you feel like a part of the Ivan Stewart family.

As a business owner of 2 restaurants, run a coaching company & help pastor a church I don't talk reviews lightly. I'm mostly disappointed with the attitude around the service. Dropping my rzr on a Monday & not a thing being done at end of week is one thing, but the wrong order, an attitude & no apology is what bugs me.. I explained 3 different times & what I needed 200 hr service & chase bar. I finally sent my assistant to pick it up & take it directly to another business where it got handled in 2 days. It was supposed to be ready by my birthday. If there was an apology or some business 101 remorse (let me see what we can do) I N would have left it. None. I have many patients & friends that will no longer be using their service. Sad. I won't lower my customer service bar.
