The staff was super helpful, knowledgeable and kind. We thought the phone screen wasn't I'm stock but the associate took another look and found what I needed. The screen was replaced while I shopped nearby.

Brought my bricked Motorola G6 phone in for repair. Eddie performed diagnostics and ruled out the battery as being the only issue. Most likely a motherboard issue requiring more money to fix than to just replace the phone. Decided it wasn't worth fixing. Eddie is the best! This is my go to shop for all future phone issues.

My son managed to destroy his iPhone to the point the glass was falling off. I called around a few different stores and they all said they charge a fee to assess and then there's the actual cost of the repairs. I ended up going to iSquad because of all the reviews and the honest conversation. They are reasonably priced, honest, and extremely efficient. Owner was quick to respond and ordered a part that they didn't have in stock. Contacted me right away when it got in. I like how reliable he was during my entire quote of work. my iphone xr wasnt charging correctly and i came to the conclusion that my port was dirty. i didnt get his name but the employee there took care of the issue in less than a minute with NO CHARGE. he cleaned it immediately and now i can charge my phone without having to fight my charger every time. i appreciate this business and will be coming here for future issues with my phone.

Fast service, but overcharged me. Price advertised was $99, so I booked an appointment to save $10($89). They charged me $109, then deducted the $10. So I still had to pay the original price listed.

I recently went on vacation and ending up damaging my iPhone 11 Pro to a point where it was beyond repair. It would of been a very costly repair and no other repair shop would touch it. My goal was to retrieve the photos taken during my trip. I drop by iSquad in Mission Valley and Chris was extremely helpful and immediately took my phone apart and try to diagnosed the phone and see if it's even repairable. He felt confident that it can be repaired and gave me several option. I just want it to be repaired enough to retrieve the photos and than recycle the phone. They were able to get the phone in a state that it would back up to iCloud and transfer the photos. There were issues in getting all the data transferred so we brainstorm other ways to get the retrieved the photos and eventually just manually air dropping everything to my new phone. They went above and beyond in making sure that I was able to retrieve all my vacation photos.

Went to fix my phone 1 hr before closing and I was able to pick it up in the morning. Unfortunately it's not fixed due to it being the motherboard and will take an additional 3 days, but they will give me a loner in the mean time.

I've been bringing my phones to the iSquad Mission Valley location for a number of years and have been also satisfied with the quick turnaround and quality of repair and service.
