Scam be careful of this guy, I contacted him for polish and he came without the buffer he was using a towel and then he wanted to start doing the ceramic coating and he was doing his best so I don't be there around the car while doing the ceramic coating for my car, so once he finished the scan polish he used to do he was rushing to start applying the ceramic coating and I told him don't apply it I want to see the swirls on scratches are they gone before you start and he wasn't happy, so I checked the car and it was exactly the same way it was with zero difference. Be careful of this guy

I wanted to give this car wash a try. I have an appointment on Friday at 9am, but it got pushed to 10am, then 11am, then to noon. Tom needs to provide a realistic time and if he cant make it at all please just say so. Please don't waste other people's time waiting around for you.

This was my first experience using this company and this type of service. I was skeptical at first, but I really liked the concept and thought it couldn't hurt to try this out. I got the basic service (inside and out) for $47, thinking this was a fair price for the water conservation aspect as well as not having to leave my parking garage. Leo came out on-time and took about 1.5 hours to completely bring my truck up to a brand new look! My truck had not been washed in over 3 years and he made it look brand new! I will definitely be using Leo again in the future - this was worth the money! (and Leo was a super nice guy...;)

I am rarely annoyed enough to write a bad review, but luckily I cooled off enough to not go full Karen in all-caps. Whatever system this company is using to communicate between management, employees, and clients is not working. I was texting with the guy they sent for mobile cleaning. When he informed me he had arrived I came down immediately only to find no one around. Nobody texted or called back during the 30 minutes I waited. When calling the phone number i was texting, the number was not in service.TBF, they did finally reach out to me, but I did not hear from management or the mobile service until I began writing this review. This tardy gesture at least changed the perception I had that this is a fraudulent business to one that just needs to tighten up how they communicate to clients. The person coming to clean called from a different number, saying he did not receive any of my texts. As well, the manager responded apologizing for the mishap, but by then I had booked with another service who will get 5 stars from me just for showing up and communicating.1/5 Stars for making me wait and feel ghosted like a bad date. I'll update if I ever try them again, as their pricing and ethos are good.

I looked at every single option of booking, coming to them and them coming to me, there was only one option available and it was a booking with Gaston. I requested it for the following day at noon. I never heard back. I spoke with the owner through Yelp and he kept apologizing to me and saying he would be contacting Gaston to accept my request. Still nothing. I asked the owner if there were any other options for me as I was really excited to get the ismart detail for both mine and my partner's cars. He never responded. It's been an entire week. I guess they didn't want my $300+ dollars

Holy cow.This was my first experience using iSmart Wash, a mobile car wash based in San Diego, California, that comes directly to you: the client.From start to finish, Leo provided strong customer service. He was flexible, organized and prompt, and overall, just a great guy. Such good vibes. I had a last minute situation pop up, and he was able to wrangle calendars and schedules to make our appointment still happen. This made me feel very valued as a new client.On the day of our appointment, he provided text updates on his ETA, which was pretty awesome. We met up for a few minutes in my apartment garage and he walked me through the cleaning process. Yup, from start to finish, and gave me his genuine advice on what services he'd recommend versus what were nice to have. He was patient with all my questions, and trust me, I had a ton. Overall, I would strongly recommend Leo and iSmart Wash to anyone looking for a mobile car wash service. Simon, my fabulous car, looked stunning, gorgeous and impeccably spotless after Leo's work. I'm a fan.

Great service, I use them every time I get my car cleaned. Friendly, quick and professional. I like to go to the gym in the morning while they clean my car in the Diamond tower building in east village. Highly recommend! Affordable prices for a high quality cleaning.

5 STARS! BOOK BOOK BOOK!iSmart Wash was awesome. I definitely recommend!They came over to my house @ 8AM and did a full detail. The ease of being able to wake up and run outside was like no other.I totally recommend using them. JUST NOT ON THE DAY I WANT.See you next time guys.
