“There are so many good things to say about this bank! First off, it is a little gem located in a business center right next to a plastic surgeon. They are close to my office so I went in (already banking with Comerica in general) having not stepped foot in this branch prior. The employees are SO nice and friendly, not pushy at all, and really helpful. The building/set-up is really clean and functional and the ambiance is just right. Not that this matters at all, but the people that work there are also, as a group, very easy on the eyes ;) I would DEFINITELY rec this bank for anyone who is a business owner or even those that aren't but are looking for a great bank for car/home loans etc.”

“I just finished going through the process of obtaining a HELOC. At first I wasn't 100% sure on whether or not I wanted a HELOC or to go with other options. I called a few credit unions, and I can't tell you what a breath of fresh air Wheelhouse Credit Union was. First, they actually called me back. They weren't able to answer my call the first time I called but called me back promptly (I was shocked because the other credit unions that I had left messages with, to this day have yet to call me back). Second, the conversation I had with my first point of contact was informative, helpful and frankly so friendly that I knew then I was going to work with this credit union. The gentleman I was speaking to was hilarious, polite and actually seemed as though he wanted my business, something which is very rare these days. Victor Leu is a gem and Wheelhouse is lucky to have him. If you are going to get a loan, make sure you are working with him. He keeps things moving and answered my calls with a great attitude every time. He promptly responded to my emails and always answered my questions.
