“Originally I was okay with 24 hour insurance but ironically it has been 96 hours that I have been trying to contact these people with no luck. All I could do is leave a message for call back that I haven’t gotten. What happens if I need them in an emergency. I don recommend.”

“We had to tow our 2002 Silverado Truck twice this past two days. Once was from our place to a car shop. Second was this morning, from that car shop to another mechanic. Both times we got Jose (I believe is his name). My husband and father dealt with it mainly but from what I saw, he was super helpful.
Our starter needed to be replaced. When we first arrived at our place, he suggested hammering it to see if just needed a little nudge to move into place and start again. Before he got there, my father also suggested doing it but couldn’t get under the truck to do so. Since that didn’t work, they had to move the truck out of the parking spot so he could hook it up to get towed.
Jose was super professional and I believe went above and beyond as far as helping us with what needed to get done. Thank you for all the help these past two days. It’s greatly appreciated!”
