First, I would like to say that they really are very professional about what they do. I have an old bmw which does not pass smog, and I went to a lots of shops, only Independent motorcars solved my problem.
And those other shops are all wanted to rip me of from the beginning. I clearly remember a guy said that they would like to charge me 400 straight for just diagnosing, and 2.7k for replacing my o2 sensors.
I am lucky that I got a chance to meet Chris. He pointed out the issue immediately by me describing the condition of my car. And he did not charge me anything for those advices which are extremely important because I fixed my car by taking his advice.
Independent motorcars create an inclusive and warm environment for car enthusiasts to go. Those guys are not only professional, but also they are kind. GOAT.

This is my first time visit and I am very impressed with their excellent services and knowledge. They changed the oil for my benz E class 2020 quickly and effectively . The price was fair. The service was great, polite, fast, customer focused.. Compared to others, in my experiences, their price is honest and fair and work is done in time promised.

This is the only place we take our BMW if it needs work. They do great work and are honest as can be! Took our car in not knowing what was going on and all it was was a sensor that I missed when replacing a coolant outlet piece. Could of taken advantage but didnt even charge my Wife! Great place! Thank you!!

I brought my Audi A4 here for a routine oil change. Very satisfied with their work. Was able to provide insight on issues the dealership notified me of. Great waiting area with wifi. Would recommend their services.

Chris is a great business owners. Great guy, really cool shop. Cleanest shop in town. Great waiting area too. Coffee, drinks and WiFi to get work done while service is happening. Being a mechanic in college, it's great to see clean and organized service bays. Highly competitive prices as well. Will be taking my cars here from now on.

I have been taking my BMW F30 and Porsche 991 here for a bit now and every visit I am more impressed. Chris Keefer is extremely knowledgeable about German cars, but just as importantly he is very honest. It is easy for a mechanic to suggest thousands in unnecessary work on these complicated cars, but Chris genuinely only suggests work if it's needed and he charges a fair price. My only regret is not coming here sooner!

Great experience. I called to set up a time to drop off my 987.1 for the short shifter upgrade. They gave me the quote, and I stayed in the shop as they did the fix (really nice inside!), which took about two hours. Chris was exceptional at providing clarification for my questions. Highly recommended, will be back.

I cannot speak highly enough about Chris and team. I have a 2013 Mercedes and I go to them for everything mechanics related. Chris is very helpful and patient, they are very professional and have a quick turnaround, and make sure I get the best quality for the best price.
