I am extremely disappointed with this shop. They charged me $64 to diagnose my car and said the repairs would be $857. I went for a second opinion and was told they misdiagnosed my car. There is nothing wrong with my exhaust and if there was, they only charged $440 for the repair. Be cautious coming to this place

Got my breaks done last year towards the end of the year and they squeaked so my bf called them and let then know the problem. They told him to bring it back, They supposedly were going to fix it and do something to the rotors. I gave it time because I heard you need to break new brakes in. Months later they squeak still alot and we are in may. I asked another mechanic and they said they used cheap breaks. I paid a few hundred to get my breaks done here and it was a waste of money. If you hear someone squeaking down broadway it's most likely me.

I just moved here from Nevada and had an excellent mechanic over there. However, I always had a constant issue with my "check engine" light. They would fix it and a few months later it was there back again! The first time I brought my car to Imperial Auto Service, that "check engine" light was gone and I haven't seen it for more than a year!! IF YOUR MECHANIC CAN'T FIX YOUR PROBLEM COMPLETELY, BRING IT HERE!!

Art and Sal make a great combo! Art is the manager and Sal is the owner. Their team of mechanic do an amazing job and saved me hundreds of dollars. I was referred to go to Pep Boys by another mechanic who didn't have the proper tools, but Pep Boys were charging me nearly $900 for coolant valves to be fixed. Luckily, I Yelped and found this company. I went on a Saturday afternoon and they were about to close, so we scheduled a Monday 9am. I checked my schedule and I had Legoland planned with my toddler, so I really needed them to do their job right and at a timely manner so that we can get to Legoland. Art to me to arrive at 9am, so I did. Waiting outside was a mechanic who immediately checked my trunk. Two minutes later Art walks in and everything goes smoothly. I think I may have found mechanics. They are Honest!!! Car does not leak any more. Highly recommend!!!! Thanks Art!!!!

Hey everyone, especially you ladies! If you need any type of car repair I highly recommend you come to Imperial Auto! They are EXTREMELY honest, friendly and hard working people. Sal and Art are the most considerate and kind hearted people I've ever had the pleasure of giving my car to! They always explain everything that's wrong so I don't feel left in the dark and do their best to get things done as soon as possible! I never feel taken advantage of as a woman because they treat me with such respect and candor. I can't see myself going anywhere else BUT here. If you want quality work with admirable results then I strongly encourage everyone and anyone to come here! You will NOT be disappointed! Thank you Imperial Auto for all that you've done for me! Oh, and not to mention I recommended my daughter to come here and many of my neighbors and they all told me they were very satisfied! Keep up the hard work!!

Very disappointed in this place, I would never go there again. I went in there specking something more than what I had already told them. They pretty much said , yes your right that's the problem and gladly took my money.

Quick and affordable! Had a squeaky belt because it was loose after a different place installed a new AC compressor. Just needed the tensioner adjusted. Other place wanted to charge over $120, but this place did it for $40 and only took 20 minutes. Thank you!
