I’ve never been to this office and don’t plan on ever going here because the guy that answered the phone was so rude. He didn’t acknowledge me when he picked up the phone and continued his conversation in office. After he finished that up he was still rude to me in confirming my appointment. I had called back the number that called ME first and I guess somehow I got redirected to the wrong office. Instead of being understand he was rude and put me on hold without transferring me. Unprofessional.

This review is primarily for Michael W who completed my taxes, as this is my first time using H&R Block. Michael is hands-down the best tax person I’ve ever used. The portal was easy to use and seems helpful moving forward. We filled virtually with a video call where Michael was present and engaged throughout. He made sure we understood every step and did not rush through anything. He went out of his way to help and actually found an issue from Jackson Hewitt’s filing last year that saved us $10k in taxable income. My customer service bar is pretty high and Michael far surpassed it. We’ll definitely be using H&R Block next year, already scheduled with Michael for 2025. Really appreciate it!!!

I had a grerat experience with my tax preparer at H and R Block, recently. He really knew his business and got me zero taxes to pay this year, and he was nice about it, too. It's an unbeatable combination. I will look for Michael again next year.

I went to turn in my taxes today because I've been kind of behind on them and I got the best customer service got it done in a timely manner and learned so much info about my taxes that I did not know before, Michael Wasczcak did my taxes beautifully and I will consistently be going to him now on definitely recommend him!!!

Nola is an amazing. I highly recommend to file your taxes with her by your side. Nola makes sure you are getting all your deductions as well as teaches you tidbits to best support your life in the upcoming year. Nola is the kind, patient and makes getting your taxes completed enjoyable!

If I could give negative stars, I would. Lorena Lopez, tax preparer, refused to answer my questions. She also refused to speak to me, because I speak English. When I stated if she didn't begin to answer my questions (because my information was inaccurate from her), she wouldn't complete my return, she blasted me and called me racist. I have the texts of this racist preparer that needs to be fired immediately. Stay away from H&R Block. Btw, her racist texts began at 12:41am. Yep. 12:41 at night. Stay away

We have had our taxes done by the same gentleman at the same branch for nearly ten years.We have nothing but good things to say about him and the branch.His name is Michael Wasczcak, AND HE'S THE BEST!!! He has advised us on everything from withholdings to filing status, and everything in between. Everything has been going smoothly ever since getting his assistance with our taxes. He's informed on the all the recent tax code changes. I think anyone in need of tax help, would do well by calling him.Thank you Michael W, and thank you H and R Block.
