Had a meeting with Sonia to do my taxes. Wow just very rude and condescending. I usually do my own taxes but I needed an ITIN this year. Sonia was just rude the whole time until I got fed up and walked out. What a stain of an employee for HR Block. I'll just do the ITIN myself.

Last year my partner and I had a complicated tax situation. Instead of telling us to find assistance elsewhere the tax analyst we were working with had us reschedule our meeting with him over and over again. Eventually we were so close to the tax deadline we decided for ourselves that we couldn't rely on them to actually help us with our taxes.
This same analyst did my taxes for 2020. Granted, this was a confusing year for everyone but to make a long story short: I am still (now in October 2022) working to resolve an issue with my 2020 taxes.
Everyone was very friendly, so if you have a not complicated tax situation you probably will have a very good experience here.
