I have pretty simple taxes, but wanted it done with confidence this year. My return was prepared incorrectly, by this office, and I am still awaiting someone to amend my return. The manager apologized for the nightmare, and stated he would “work with me on price” but absolutely nothing has been done. Not even a call to let me know the status. I would not use this rip off chain again.

My first time doing it with someone as I had a lot of changes this year making things complicated. I cannot say enough good things about this location. The receptionist was so kind and got us in immediately. Frank was the individual taking care of us and he was awesome. Took care of us every step of the way. He really took the time to explain each step for me which was so helpful. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Very happy customer. Thanks Frank.

This year, I had a lot going on, such as moving, buying a home, selling stocks, etc., so I didn't feel confident enough to file on my own. It was really nice to have someone do my taxes for me though, so if I want to use a service again, I would definitely choose H&R block next year to help me with my taxes! The person who worked with me was very polite, quick, and efficient. I had a very positive experience and I am grateful they took the time to listen to my situation.
