This is the 3rd set of annual returns I've done with H&R at this location. Really like working with Theresa - she's kind but efficient, and up on all the possible deductions that can add up to a bigger refund. Highly recommend her, and Overland location!

The worst ! I been going to h&r for years never had a problem with them so this time I go to the office on overland was that a mistake. I had $1000 coming after this gabrielle Gomez touches my W2 I end up OWING $250 & and getting 64$ I'm so heated she going to tell me I'm not head of household. Really ?? My dependent is 22 so what he's still a dependent DO NOT GO TO THE OFFICE ON OVERLUND incompetent I regret going to that office. --0 no stars

Really upsetting because first my amendment was missing a paper and they charged me 25 dollars for that even though it was something that they were supposed to do and now I didn't get the EIC credit bc taxes weren't done right. I'm definitely done with these people! Please use anybody except H&R you pay so much for basically mistakes you can make yourself

I arrived at my appointment and had no wait. Friendly service, very professional in person meeting with Leslie McEuen. I highly recommend her services. She answered all my questions and gave me all the options with my return. Got very quick notifications from H and R Block, and within two weeks I had received my refunds. Time does vary on refunds but somehow I got mine back super quick.
