Bad service overcharged tried filing incorrectly had to correct them several times inexperienced took hours to file in person when I dropped off tax paper work a week in advance

Got an email "last chance to save your appointment" I saved it and still was told I wasn't able to be helped when I showed up to my appointment. This place is trash. Stay away.

Zhao Li is listed as a master tax advisor. She is not a mater or even advisor!Didn’t know half the forms I provided. She continued to have to ask others for help. Could not preform basic math with out a calculator.I walked out owing more than I ever have !Never offered, inquired or even looked into possibility of write offs.Like she’s working more to help the government take more of my money. It’s the beginning of tax season, I hope others are able to avoid this service and at least keep the money they work hard for.
