I know there are many wonderful tax analysts with H&R Block, but Ms. Lonzetta Smith is amazing and she is who I will be sticking with. She is very thorough and I know she went above and beyond to make sure I received the best results for my tax return. Thank you Ms. Lonzetta.

Beware of H&R Block! The preparer who did my taxes made so many mistakes on my return. I started noticing red flags when he kept inputting my home address into my employers address, then had to get up and ask a colleague for help on more than one occasion. He doubled my HSA amount and put it under taxable, it was such a mess! I had to go back for an amendment and he charged me for the amendment which he didn't even do correctly. He never attached any of my w-2's onto the paperwork to be mailed in and inputted some random numbers. I had to pay another professional to fix his errors! I was told that the preparer made multiple mistakes and definitely was not experienced! I recommend anyone who had their taxes prepared at this location to have them checked for mistakes.

Always a great experience. Customer service is unmatched at H&R Block on Euclid. The level of expertise and knowledge is unparalleled in comparison to others I have used. Joe and Sharol are the only tax experts I'll ever use. They get the results you deserve in a timely manner and really care about the customer.
