Better off not using them. Refund that was expected on Federal and State did not happen and turned into underpayment because a dependent who is legally a dependent according to Tax code was disallowed because of the error this office made on the form. Honestly if I'm responsible for combing over block by block the work a "tax pro" completed; why am I paying them $500 or more dollars? If you use them I guess pay them the money that they require ahead of time to I guess fix the mistakes they are going to make. Better yet find some one better; this low rating was earned

The best person to go to hands down is Joshua !! No joke he answered every question I had with no problem he made the entire process super easy for me and he was quick. I tried filing through TurboTax but was having problems so I came in to H&R and I’m so glad I did he‘a super helpful. So definitely walk in or make an appointment with him for sure 10/10!!

Poor customer service Daria canceled appointment due to having to work the front desk. I mean really? Didn't even offer to schedule another date. I mean she's there at work she could of asked us to come in and drop off our paper work. 2 years in a row with this office. I won't go back.

I called to get info, and the guy sounded like he was over it and was super rude. I asked about the price and mentioned that it was high, he said "good luck" and hung up on me!! I called a different HR Block, same pricing but better customer service! It was night & day! It was not about the amount of money but the customer service you provide. Getting my taxes done, paying the price it costs. :) But not here.
