The customer service desk is grossly understaffed and the folks who work there move so slowly it's unbelievable. Guaranteed you'll be in line for 15 minutes before you're helped. They shouldn't hire anyone unless they've previously worked at Trader Joes (those guys have great cuatomer service skills and move FAST)! Being a chair and your lunch and you'll be ok here at Home Depot.

I was trying to purchase at the pro desk when out of the sudden the employees decided to help out another line I try to ask all the employees where is the line everybody ignore me and keep helping the other line I've been to this place more than 20 times and I know where the line is at I just want to say I felt humiliated discriminated and on top of everything everyone was laughing at me I believe that all the employees at the produce need professional training I asked for the manager they still ignore me I asked three times where is the protest line they laugh they ignore me the discriminating me again on top of that one of the customers answer for me and said look that's where the line is at and I said correct so if that's the pro desk why they're helping people that are lining up on this side I told him you're not the employee here you're a customer but I appreciate that but do you see what I'm talking about they keep helping the people that are not lined up in the protest I am really upset and I believe that all those employees that you had on the products today at 9:35 a.m. May 30th 2024 we're really unprofessional and we're really discriminated against customer service so I believe you guys need to make a meeting or talk about this incident because I am going to do a lawsuit against you guys for discrimination of a customer service

This morning I went to the HD at this location and I need assistance in getting something out of a lock compartment, I asked Robin and she was rude at the time I asked her for help! I’m not stepping a foot again a that location and will share this experience with all my coworkers! People who work a HD sometimes thinks that they are special!!

The store is so short-handed, we had to wait for more than 2 hours for them to deliver our garden soils to the loading area. I contacted them for several times during watiying but still got no response.

I honestly really felt like sales staff was a 100 times more helpful at this store then any of the others I been to. They actually come to you to ask if you need help. Instead of hunting someone down in the other stores.

The customer service at this location is horrible. The employees are rude and unhelpful… even by Home Depot standards Scripps Poway is a much better experience.

This Home Depot has horrible customer service. Scripps Poway is a much better managed store. I will avoid this location if at all possible in the future.
