I was trying to exchange some bath fittings because I had gotten the wrong ones and I forgot my receipt. They wanted to give me half the price of what I paid for them for a brand new product that they would have re-sold for full price. That's some Mexico tranza stuff. What kind of American company as big as Home Depot takes your brand new return at half price of what you paid, only to resell it at full price? I really though only Mexican companies did that.

Order material 1 week in advance and they did nos have it ready, waisted 1hr and 30 min every time I get to pick up items. Loading employees had to get my items from inside the store.

Joanna from the blinds section was phenomenal! Give this girl a raise!! She stayed calm and helpful during the whole process cutting and customizing three sets of blinds for us. She had three people waiting and she still delivered extraordinary customer service. Highly recommend getting helped by Joanna!?? the lady at the self checkout area was amazing as well. I didn’t catch her name but she had some really cool looking pins on her uniform.?

I love this place, always helping you out. I met Lennon the other day, helped me with my plants. Tried to gave him some tip money but he said no. That he would prefer a review because it helped the store grow. That I didn't need to mention him, I don't agree to that because we have to honor the people who make your day better. So thank you !!!! Good experience .

I recently visited the store. I needed help loading my materials. Even though it was raining, a worker by the name of Lennon gladly helped me load up and had a great attitude about. Things like this is why i keep coming back

Plenty of home repair n upgrade materials, in every category, including appliances n decor. Requires patience to receive assistance. That's the biggest downside. Otherwise, superior to any other in the same home improvement category unless chasing very high end materials.
