What a great pleasure it was to work with Leon, we had an AMAZING communication and he explained the process every step of the way! Leon Felcher is an awesome mortgage broker! We have used him three times over the last six years and he definitely exceeded our expectations every time. He provides extraordinary customer service and is truly a unique find. When purchasing our homes he was a huge help in convincing the sellers that we were well qualified to purchase the home. I can't say enough good things about Alex and Leon. Both are great guys, and as first-time homebuyers, we felt that we were in good hands through the whole process.Both listened to our goals and customized their advice accordingly. They hunted down the best loan options for us and made sure we got the most favorable terms possible.Not only were they knowledgeable, but they were also super responsive. I used to be in the mortgage industry and Leon Felcher/Home Loan Advantage came highly recommended to me from a former coworker. We have done 3 loans with him over the years and as a former mortgage branch manager, I can tell you he really knows his stuff. One of the things that sets him apart is his ability to see problems coming. There's nothing worse than spending weeks with a loan officer only to find out the lender is going to require some small detail that you can't provide or don't qualify for. I highly recommended him and we will continue to use him for all future purchases/refi's.
