Juliet is such an amazing tutor! She tutored me for my SAT, ACT, and college applications. She helped me not only improve in all those aspects but helped me brainstorm ideas and assisted me every step of the way as well. I learned so much from our tutoring sessions and Juliet was so wonderful throughout all of it. Her teachings made me confident in the work that dictates my whole future. Juliet is a wonderful tutor. She is a consummate professional who provided ACT tutoring for my son. She was accessible to both myself and my son when questions arose and provided great study and time management test taking tips . She is a wonderful resource and great teacher. I have sent four teenage boy students to Juliet Hawk for SAT Prep, essay writing, AP World History in-class essay work, and a science research report. They have never enjoyed tutoring or a tutor but love working with her and the results have been remarkable. She is patient, creative, and step-by-step leads them to where they need to be. She is particularly gifted in SAT critical reading work. Two have participated in high-priced SAT review classes and she is better!

Juliet is an attentive and professional instructor who has exposed and inspired my kids to seek knowledge far beyond what is commonly offered at public schools here in San Diego. Juliet is an excellent , compassionate, hardworking and dedicated teacher . She has the art of understanding the issues that a student faces in understanding a topic and helps them organize to tackle a complex topic using a critical lens. She has tutored my younger son in high school for English , college prep and in college writing and sharpened his analytical and creative writing and accomplish his goals. Juliet Hawk is a great tutor. She worked with my daughter over this summer to prepare for her ACT. She was very efficient and always prepared, and gave relevant homework that helped my daughter improve her areas of weakness. My daughter received 34 on her first ACT test, which was 6 points more compared to her first practice test, and improved her science section by 10 points! She was a pleasure to work with, and we would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to improve on their standardized tests.

We were so lucky to find Juliet! My daughter's ACT tutor cancelled at the last minute and Juliet was able to fit her in for 7 weeks of hour-long tutoring. She was always prompt and prepared and got along with my daughter very well. My daughter improved her score in every category and by four points overall. I highly recommend Juliet for any test prep. UPDATE- my daughter got into her first choice college: CalPoly. The ACT score definitely helped!
