“Great specialty store!Edit: Now that I see the ownership here actually cares about what their customers think, I'll elaborate on my experience.I purchased one of the table top epoxies for a bar top project. The job was to remove the previous bar logo and replace it with the new bar logo and fill back with clear epoxy resin as seamlessly as possible. And I apologize for not remembering the exact product name, but it wasn't the deep pour table top epoxy - it was the other of the same brand...The product was top-notch and the customer service was even better! The lady and gentleman that helped me were kind, extremely helpful - and knowledgeable in their field of practice. Great job Rockler!”
“Friendly folks, has 95% of what I need and it takes me 2-3x less time to find it than a big box store. This translates into big savings. The only thing I wish they had was drywall sheets, they have pretty much everything else.It's also a true hardware store, whereas neither Lowe's nor HD have a hardware section they only stock common size screws and fasteners, and only US sizes.”

“Came here a couple of time for tools I needed for my garage and a project. I needed sockets for axle-lock nuts and hex screws, chock blocks, work light, and a torque wrench. The store is organized and clean, so I was able to find them all. Checking out was easy and the staff were friendly and helpful. Unlike the employees from the ace hardware in La Jolla where they rude and discriminated against me and my friend. I Definitely would come back to this location if need something and not the one in La Jolla location with all the ignorant and racist employees.”

“Needed something that was in an aisle that was closed. One employee told me that I couldn't get what I needed and should wait, that even an employee wasn't allowed in that aisle, when in fact an employee in that closed aisle gladly helped me.”
“Staff was friendly and found the metric bolt that I needed I went to several stores and even ordered off of Amazon but was sent the wrong size :(. I visited several other fastener place some had 100 quantity minimum. Others had to order from LA and was quoted $25 for a box. United had the size I needed and the price was awesome.50 each so 10 bolts for about $5 buck.”
“Cool, old-school electrical shop. Popped in today, needing to make a quick test clamp for an automotive issue I'm troubleshooting. I didn't catch the gentleman's name that helped me, but he was able to find exactly what I was looking for in no time. Price was cheaper than if I had bought some ready-made chinesium set from an auto parts store or a Harbor Freight. Will certain be back the next time I need something.”
“I was looking for an ABS fitting that no big box store had. So I took to google and my search brought me to Keenansandiego.com. Instead of ordering online, I decided to go to there warehouse since they were local. The new location in Kearny Mesa was a bit tricky to find (across the street from La Mesa RV) because there were no signs on the building. I managed to find it after walking in several open hangers. I was told signage will be going up shortly. They are open to the public and I was able to find what I was looking for. I give this place 5 stars! Good customer service, and a huge selection of plumbing supply.”
“I bought a VLog Kit from the Resale Source because I’ve always wanted a ring light and it was a really good deal, way less expensive than other ones I’ve seen. It works awesome and I have not stopped using it since I received it! It’s the perfect size for your desk and I use it on all my work Zoom meetings. It makes such a huge difference to the picture quality! There are three different light settings that you can play around with to find what works best for you. I swear it makes you look younger too! “I had the best experience here (6/23/2024). The air-condition went out at my girlfriends home during the hottest week of the year. Our main concern was for grandma's health and wellbeing, so we quickly needed accessories for the portable AC units. With minutes before the store closed and doors closing, the manager gave grace and allowed me to shop for the items i needed. The entire team was very professional and friendly. Thank you! ? ?”
