Having shopped at other luxury stores at the same mall, I was expecting a smooth experience after having made a purchase on Mother's day. Since the bag was not stocked I gave my details to have it shipped to my house. Fast forward 48+ hours later I havd no shipping updates, no shipping information and no responss to my texts from sales person G---i who started a chat with me on day of purchase. When bespoke goods bought at other stores and online are shipped almost immediately, here you wait with nothing and money deducted from your card.calling the store leads you to talk to an arrogant and condescending cowardly male who berates you for calling and defends his sales peolle saying its been only 2 days and refuses to give you his name. Even Amazon and Temu ship faster for cheaper goods. Save yourself the trouble and grief of walking into this store location and dealing with these arrogant people Nd buy your gucci elsewhere

My spouse ordered Gucci belt online and gifted me on my birthday. I wanted it to be a broader one so we went there to exchange. The old lady who attended us was starring at me from top to bottom as if I couldn’t afford or Im not allowed to buy. Don’t judge the book by its cover. Hope she changes her attitude and welcomes every one with a positive attitude.

My recent experience at the Gucci store in Mission Valley left me incredibly disappointed and frustrated.
My wife purchased a pair of shoes, trusting in the brand's reputation for quality and comfort. However, upon trying them at home, I quickly realized that the shoes were extremely uncomfortable and unwearable due to their hardness.
Two days later, I returned to the store hoping to exchange or return the shoes, only to be met with an appalling level of customer service. The store manager informed me that they couldn't accept the return because the shoes were now considered "used" after a mere three minutes of me trying them on at home.
This excuse felt like a thinly veiled attempt to avoid taking responsibility for selling a product that failed to meet basic comfort standards.
As a customer who had just spent a significant amount of money on a pair of shoes, I expected to be treated with respect and understanding. Instead, I was made to feel like an inconvenience, with the store prioritizing hypothetical future customers over addressing my legitimate concerns.
This experience has left me disillusioned with Gucci's commitment to customer satisfaction. I urge potential shoppers to think twice before making a purchase from this store, as you may not receive the support and respect you deserve as a customer.
Ultimately, they seem to care more about their possible future imaginary clients that the real ones that are actually buying things at their store.

I don't enjoy shopping at this Gucci store in Fashion Valley at all. They don't let you think! I recently went in to get some shoes. had a salesperson put so much in my face - "have you seen these? " and you can put these with jeans"... wear these with this" it was too much. When I asked her to please just bring out the shoes I came in actually wanting to buy - they didn't fit - I needed a different size, which was fine, but she just kept talking and talking about alllllll the other shoes she wanted to show me. I was just too overwhelmed to shop with her at all. I also wanted a new belt - but she was a buzz kill - so I just said "forget it." I left and went over to Neiman Marcus to get the shoes I wanted.

We had an amazing experience with Sarah! My husband and I were just browsing and weren’t supposed to make any purchases but we both walked out with two items each. Sarah was so patient with us when we thought we were done shopping but then saw something else we liked. She was amazing at recommendations and went above and beyond. Very happy with our purchase and experience at Fashion Valley. Thank you Sarah!

Josielyn was absolutely amazing! I’m from out of town and she made the experience so easy and exciting. She has extensive knowledge on the designer history and was very helpful when questions came up. Highly recommend her if you are in search of a new Gucci bag in San Diego!

We had a gift that wanted to exchange, and we were treated like some kind of theifs, lol. The guy followed us every step to check on us. They really judge you based on how you look. Awful experience. I wish they were nicer ?

Disappointed in Gucci... I recently received a watch as a gift, however it was a little too big on the wrist. I took it into Gucci to remove a few links. However they told me because I didn't have the receipt they couldn't help me. I tried explaining that it was a gift and it would be rude for me to text the person and ask for the receipt. They basically told me that they can't help me in that case. They told me that they can't take it in case the break it then they would have to replace it... ummm you guys are supposed to be the professionals how would you break it! It's weird Gucci doesn't stand by their products... I had similar experience with Cartier, except they helped me out in matter of minutes no questions asked!
