The worst towing company. I waited 2hrs and then called them, they sounded asleep and didn’t answer my question when they were expecting to arrive. Use ASAP Towing company. Within ten minutes ASAP Towing called me and confirmed pickup and drop off location and then told when they were going to arrive and did.

Showed up in about 40 minutes 95 to hook up $10 a mile great service got it towed to my house for $135. I’m happy about that. I and the guy that told great service kind gentlemen

I called guardian towing to come out and jump my car after hanging up with them, I tried my car one more time just to see and it turned on. I called them back to cancel and they still charged me and said sorry there nothing we can do, we charge for cancellations. Which I understand but I called to cancel immediately. So, just be aware.

I had a horrible experience with the owner of this towing company. I was in a car accident 7 months ago, this dude showed ZERO empathy, ended up charging us over $2,000 for storage fees, ended up settling it with a lawyer and pay out pocket. This towing company is pathetic, I hope no one has to experience what I had to go through with them. You would think they would drop the fees after the drama and medical emergencies, but they ended up taking us to small claims court. Please avoid this towing company at all cost!

Stranded in the left turning lane for two hours. A wonderful tow man f finally showed up and towed me off Genesee on to Torrey pines scenic drive which was recommended by a couple of really good price officer. I was able to fix my vehicle and get back on the road. Thank you gaurdian

After I was involved in an accident. The tow truck driver further damaged my car in the left rear tail light while pulling my car onto the tow truck. Broke the tail light and damaged the fender.THEN when a driver took the forklift to bring my car to the gate when I picked the car up. HE RIPPED THE WHOLE FRONT BUMPER OFF OF MY CAR. Very sloppy handling of the cars and I plan to submit a claim to get these mistakes taken care of. Re Train Your drivers. Please. Cars are expensive.UPDATE:: These guys have left me no choice but to seek legal help to get my car fixed that they damaged. Terrible claims department. Careless drivers. Ben, the guy in charge of handling my claim has been non responsive. DONT USE THESE UNPROFESSIONAL CARELESS EXCUSE OF A TOW COMPANY.

My company cargo van had a huge nail in it, I didn't have the correct tire jack to lift the van to change the tire. The to gentlemen by the names of Fox and Ben where able to come out in a fair amount of time to replace the flat tire with the spare. Great Job Thank you Harry Goings Ron's pharmacy services

Their staff parks there vehicles is residential areas in red zones blocking visibility to cross traffic. See this vehicle here all the time.

Still receiving a one star because you are accusing us of calling you names after you could have simply directed us in the right direction (IE: going on the DMV website to retrieve the title for $2) rather than being an unhelpful associate. Not only that but you were EXTREMELY RUDE Bella while your boss was so much more professional. Working in the customer service industry is a pain but understanding your customers and having some sympathy for certain situations could go a long way. Secondly, I find it absolutely ridiculous you claimed we didn't want to pay after I insisted we pay before you guys close so you wouldn't rack up the bill. Even this you didn't allow. You were and still ARE rude (clearly) and I'm appalled you tried to defend your case and neglect the fact at how unappealing you were. You didn't smile, very rude, and had a horrible attitude when we plead our case. Rather than being kind and understanding as we just had OUR trailer stolen you were an absolute miserable person to help us. You guys also claimed we were missing the title name yet forgot to disclose we could receive the title information on the DMV website. Did you also forget when we tried to retrieve the title and asked what time you closed you said, "You guys better get your title quick, we close shop at 5 better hurry up before I lock doors." Please do not try to hide the facts. You were absolutely rude. You were unhelpful. You guys knew it was a stolen trailer and had 0 sympathy. Your place is extremely unprofessional and I've heard from many locals the crap system you guys run. Ali was much better than you Bella. Learn how to smile it goes a long way. Learn what empathy is.
