I've been told there are people, at this drop off location, waiting around to rummage through the drop off stuff as soon as the workers turn there backs to do other things. As woman. I feel very uncomfortable coming here. To make a donation.

Ahh, the good will. So I bought a shirt there, ok. I suppose they have what you like when they have it. The shirt was slightly used, but seems to fit fine. I'm ok with my purchase, thanks goodwill.

I love this location because it's right off the freeway in an area I run all my errands at. It's convenient drive thru process is why it's my favorite location. You use a barcode to get a receipt for donations. Easy at that!

Every time I come here it's always something. Why do the workers here have to be so extra to people just dropping off a few donations. The extra comments, the obnoxious attitudes, all unnecessary. I can read a sign that says stop, I've already come to a stop, no need to tell me again like I can't read. Also abide by your opening and closing hours, if you say you're open at a certain time then be professional and open at that time. No need to give me attitude with the extra because I showed up on time.

I have dropped off donations to this location once before. Super easy, drive up and the gentleman helped take everything from my car. Well this time around we came too late (not knowing) and there were 5 people all sitting in chairs. My husband got out of the truck and the guy yells to him “9AM!” Not a I’m sorry we can’t take this right now or anything like that just “9AM!” — “come back tomorrow!” The trailer was still open so I’m not sure why they couldn’t just take one box from us.Interactions like this make me prefer finding a smaller consignment shop.

According to the website, the location closes at 5PM, when we get to the location at 4:27, we were told to leave as they actually close at 4:30. We only had a handful of items to donate and would not require a receipt, and we were told to come back tomorrow, ummm, some of us have work til past your closing hours.

Disappointed in this donation center. Employees were rude and impatient. It took me a very long time to get the "digital " receipt. I am unhappy with not having the option for a paper receipt. They are making it difficult to donate. I will go elsewhere next time.

Update: Appreciate the follow up that GW did. I've been back once since this write up and didn't have anyone open my car. Still don't like that they try to empty things out.. Give me a second to get out of the car and explain what I'm dropping off. It's ok as far as convenience goes. On multiple occasions, the staff opened my vehicle and started grabbing things out of my car without permission. I drop off different donations to different locations often and usually load my car up and go place to place. Opening my car and pulling things out that I did not intend to donate to them made me feel incredibly uncomfortable. I never gave them permission to touch my car and I do not need assistance unloading. I've addressed it with them twice now.
