Nice large store but VERY OVERPRICED. Retail price, even more , for used items. I used to love coming here but over the last year the pricing has increased dramatically. Now I only go if I have a particular item I’m searching for.

Well organized and clean, the staff are very friendly and the Variety of items are decent for the size of the store,. I live in the area and donate at least once a month and so does most of the neighborhood. I usually look for unique pieces to buy, but the prices are ridiculously high, higher than any other Goodwill stores and even higher than brand stores clearance. I hope the staff looks at their pricing because it doesn’t represent the principles of a Goodwill, These stores are meant to help the community and it is the same reason that we all donate. .

They have the audacity to charge $20 for a used cd player that no one knows works or not. What? It’s a thrift store not Best Buy.

I was cheerfully greeted. The merchandising was beautiful. This store is clean and tidy with a very nice staff who took their time in helping me. I left the store a happy camper.

The donation hours are incorrect. I was turned away for arriving 5ins after they stop accepting donations. I didn’t want a receipt, just to give a car load of baby clothes to them.

This store is small and racks are jammed packed with clothes and aisles are tight. I did find some items but honestly paying $8-10 each is high I get better deals at The Rock Thrift. This store has a bunch of annoying teens playing around the store.

They have the crabbiest drop off people working there when we were trying to drop off donations! Go someplace more friendly!

Cute little Goodwill. Prices are high, but the folks that are complaining need to remember a few things:(1) Minimum wage increased to $16.30 in San Diego, (thereby increasing employer taxes), and the cost of benefits has also risen. You can’t expect employers to pay their employees more without raising prices and/or cutting back on staff. It’s basic logic that folks often forget when they are putting demands on companies to pay more, only to turn around and complain that a fast food meal now costs $16. It would be nice if the cost of the extra wages came out of the CEO’s unreasonably high salary or the company’s profits, but reality check, it doesn’t and it won’t.(2) Demand for used clothing/goods has increased due to resell apps like Poshmark, Mercarci, and Offerup. Increases in demand cause increased in price. These thrift stores have become aware that many of their shoppers are scouring their isles in search of cheap, name brand clothing, only to turn around and resell it for exponential profits. So why would any reasonable business continue to allow a 3rd party to profit off its merchandise when it could simply raise the prices and realize the profit themselves? ?These young brats that are always complaining about greedy corporations and capitalism are greedy hypocrites themselves and have proven that they are willing to seize the opportunity to be the very thing that they supposedly hate when it presents itself. Their actions are affecting the price and availability of secondhand clothing for folks who may not be able to afford anything else, (or have the time, means, or physical/mental capabilities to run an online closet themselves).Side note: I did see a $149 China set and a $25 Banana Republic dress in the store recently that made me a bit hot under the collar, especially when I found the same dress online for $13.99.

This goodwill is nice. Everything is neat and order. The staff takes pride in making it look nice. It's on the smaller size when it comes to Goodwill's.

This is a very nice Goodwill retail store and donation center. The staff are friendly, especially those working the donation drive-thru.

Please note this review is based on my experience with the donation drop off process. Staff seem to always be cheery, even when it is cold and sprinkling like today. They have tarps to cover the bins so the items don't get wet. The place is fast and efficient. Only time I have really experienced any kind of wait is when the car(s) in front of me have a ton of things they are donating. Other than that it's pretty quick.

This is for the donation drop off , most of time I had nice ppl at drop off but today he was rude and did not help me with the stuff. He just showed me where to put it.Its hard for older ppl that's why we pull up to have others help. Because of this I will no longer be donating here.

Just awful customer service. I'm a frequent shopper of Goodwill, and I will NEVER return to this location. I was denied a return with a receipt explicitly stating that returns are accepted from "any Goodwill Southern California location within sixty days". The cashier rudely told me, repeatedly, that I was trying to make a return from the state of Florida (entirely untrue, didn't even read my receipt) and the manager was equally as rude with no apology as to why they mysteriously could not accept my legitimate return. Even if the policy WERE to accept no returns, although you can clearly see by the website and receipt that it isn't, the matter was handled unprofessionally. Photos of exactly what I showed the manager and was still turned down.
