It's kinda hard for me to visit goodwill or just about any thrift store in San Diego when I can go to Walmart and get brand new for just a little more. This location was no exception. If Goodwill would like to earn a higher star rating in my eyes they must first offer used goods at a more fair price. I realize they have expenses to meet and part or that is figured into the price. But come on now. The items are used thus should be sold at a much lower price than an unused item. On the positive side There are some ridiculously low bargains to be had. I know I've found some. It is fun to stop in when I have time to browse. If you don't have extra time on your hands it's probably better to go to Walmart and pay a little extra.

The prices are worse than Ross, TJ Max, etc. This particular location has the highest prices Ive seen at a thrift store.Doesn't appear they are giving jobs to the needy because it's all just regular people working. Is it a charity or a scam? Do better goodwill

It's a hit or miss depending on who's working. Some employees are super helpful and others...not so much.

It's a pretty good size, i like that in a goodwill. It had a decent amout of items. Just breezing the items, it seemed like the higher end stuff gets sent to the online store. The staff seemed nice. Parking was easy. Just didn't really see anything to buy, which is weird when in a large goodwill.I try it again, maybe it was an off day.

It's been a while since I was in a Goodwill store. It was fun to come back and look through items. Pros: -large, free parking lot -friendly staff -everything is organized well Cons: -n/a Other: -lots of clothing. The electronics section and media section was on the smaller side (there were no CDs when I visited). Overall, great place to look through some treasures.

Yo, Goodwill is legit! They've got a wide selection of clothes, furniture, and other cool stuff at affordable prices. It's like a treasure hunt every time I go there, 'cause you never know what awesome finds you'll stumble upon. Plus, by shopping at Goodwill, you're supporting a good cause. So if you're into thrifting and finding unique items, Goodwill is the place to be!

Full of over priced fast fashion junk. Don't even bother with this goodwill. Pants $20, tops 12.99, you'd be better off just buying new things than waiting money here.

I always drop off stuff and had no problem then one day decided to check out the inside which was a pleasant surprise! Huge selection of clothes shoes decorative stuff and staffs are so nice!! Clean and organized isles with plenty of room. I'm so lucky to live nearby. Definitely recommend!

I used to love going to this store but recently noticed majority of their prices are marked up more then 50% from compared back months ago, from clothing, housewares, furniture to even toys. I’d rather buy Ross or Marshalls if your store is marking prices like these. Good riddance! The prices now are like almost retail prices considering this is a thrift second hand store. This store is marking up prices like the thrift store next door them!

I've never been inside but dropping off donations couldn't be easier. Double-check to make sure they are accepting donations, drive around behind the store and someone will help you unload your car into a stationary or moving bin depending on what you're dropping off.

Very scammy. Predatorily priced. Unreasonable and rip off vibes. 2.99 for an empty used glass bottle. End of story. Y'all need to check your selves before you wreck yourselves pricing the free shi*t that's been donated to y'all so high

I go there often, and I am thankful that mostly they are helpful. But, there is the ONE lady there, with very short hair to match her short temperament. I originally described her but something in me came back to this review and edited it out. I don’t want to cause harm to anyone. There are have been a few times, I've had to interact with her at the register or ask for assistance. She acts like your bothering her when you ask for something. I have never done anything to her, so I'm basing this on that perhaps that is just how she is. So, based on those interactions, she is not good with customers and if she is like those workers that don't like helping people (her job--at the counter or wherever in the from the store)--but, still have to work with the public, then she needs to be left in the back of the store where they process the donations--no or very little interraction with the public. I waited patiently for my turn to look at jewelry. When she finally came to me, she was short--then another customer came up and she was pulling out jewelry stands for that person right next to me. So then the gal grabbed something and left. Then this GW lady comes over and asks if I am done, which stands am I done with "because she just can't leave all of these out". I checked her and told her I didn't ask for all of those...stands/trays. So rude. Also, over-pricing is a constant...I get their rent goes up like ours and they have to keep up with it. But, wow--some of the items are unrealistically priced. Shein for instance...almost every item I came across was more expensive at Goodwill than the website. Same for plus size clothing, kitchen and decor. Even items from the Dollar Tree and costume jewelry, just way too much.

Nice parking lot. Good location, also next to another thrift shop. Organized. Kind staff.
