Ed and Atusko have always been so kind and helpful. This year they rescued me from a business tax issue I was having with a different accountant. Ed explained everything and took the steps to file my taxes correctly. I am so grateful for them and would highly recommend to anyone who wants the assurance of knowing their taxes are done right.

Atsuko and Ed are nothing short of impressive. They make this so easy and comforting. They have simple software for us skittish tax folks to use remotely. Quick responses and with clear and direct communication. They're always looking out for my best interrests with professional suggestions. Excellent pricing and easy payment options. They even have a cute office with beautiful plants. Can't be happier or recommend enough.

Golden Hill tax services are my friends. I would highly recommend them and have given many referrals to them over the years. I do not like doing my taxes, so Ed and his friendly staff make everything simple and easy. They want these documents, I get them the documents, ok come in and sign and pay! This is it for 2020 done!This is it 5 stars! I got a large refund this year too! Thank you ! Mike

If you're looking for expert tax preparation, Ed is the person for you. After years of going to H&R Block we finally had enough when they made several mistakes on our 2018 taxes. Ed is an enrolled agent and discovered many mistakes and missed deductions that we had no idea about until he told us. He help amend our past return and we were suprised to actually receive additional money back. On our taxes this year he helped to maximize our returns as 1099's and we were extremely happy with the low amount we ended up having to pay. Not only is he an expert with tax law, he also offered lots of advice on we can maximize our deductions in 2020.

I had to file my taxes for the first time as a sole proprietor, so I looked for a local tax preparer. I'm so glad I discovered Golden Hill Tax. Ed is extremely knowledgeable, resourceful, helpful, and honest. I plan on reaching out again for tax advice regarding retirement or health insurance.

After trying some of the national brand places for our taxes, including tax software, in 2018 we decided to go with a local tax company. We made an appointment, showed up with all of our documents, and two years in a row our experience has been excellent. Ed explains everything to us very carefully, and walks us through the process. I like going to Golden Hill Tax Solutions because 1. it's local, 2. a tax professional can help with questions, 3. the process isn't rushed, and 4. there aren't multiple other tax professionals in the room in little cubicles helping other people. When you're there, you're receiving 1-on-1 help, and after going there now two years in a row, it just seems better than relying on tax software or a national brand strip mall place.

I CANNOT recommend this place for your taxes and any financial questions you may have regarding the issue. I've had **bad** experiences with other accountants in the area (SD Taxman) who are robotic, make you feel like you're just a number and/or not as knowledgeable as Ed is. Him, along with his assistant (I didn't get her name) make the entire procedure efficient and very streamlined and very transparent/honest which is what I value, given that I've encountered some who lied. It's the little things that I notice in a business and Ed makes filing for taxes a breeze without the gimmicks or 'beating around the bush' scenarios. I love how things can be uploaded onto a file prior to arriving and saved as a PDF with a secure method to being eco-friendly. Highly, highly recommend this place over and over.

Ed is seriously such an amazing guy! My husband and I called and talked to Ed for about 10 minutes yesterday just asking him endless questions. He did not get frustrated with us one bit & continued to offer nothing by advice and help! Today we went in and he helped us weigh out our options with our taxes & he knows SO much. He did not, for one second, pressure us into paying anything, he really just wanted to help. I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend Ed. Thank you for your kindness.
