Very professional and respectful. We got off to a rocky start since they require both adults who live in the home to be around before they will giving a quote which was incredibly frusterating. There seems to be a little bit of a disconnect between sales and project management. We were originally told that the material would not work on our existing aluminum patio awning structure, but once the project started we were informed that the material changed about a year ago, so they could paint over the metal structure. Adding that to the project and the costs after the fact was a little annoying, but the project manager was great and accomodating. Other than that the painting team was wonderful and had great attention to detail. Any mistake or peeling, no matter how small, the project manager made was corrected. Again, overall good experience.

I have been shopping around for some upgrades on my property and after speaking with Casey I have decided that Genesis will be the company we move forward with. Casey was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions with ease. Professional, experienced, and well versed!!!

I highly recommend Genesis and if you use genesis requesting Casey she was such a delight to speak to. She was thorough and helpful . We are excited to have this project almost done and thanks to genesis it was a breeze.
