Well they say they will make cars look “better than new” and that is surely the truth! I took a black car in for ceramic coating and I’m not sure I have ever seen one look better. When I got home I just stared at it in awe. They have won my recurring business and I will be having periodic detailing done too. Nick is a great guy and his staff very competent. I know several very high end car owners that use Genesis Detailing and I can now see why!

Regretfully needing to update my review of Genesis after relying on them for my car detailing needs for close to one year.
On a positive note, Genesis does fantastic work. Their attention to detail when servicing your vehicle is top of line.
Unfortunately, the quality of Genesis' work has been overshadowed by frustrations related to billing and scheduling.
With regard to scheduling, on at least 5 occasions Genesis has no-showed, canceled, or rescheduled on my date of service. In addition, connecting with a member of the team to schedule an appointment can be extremely difficult and time consuming. I regularly have had to call upwards of 3x to schedule a single appointment. While I have been promised a callback or confirmation on the date of my requests, this rarely happens without additional follow up. These issues may be less prevalent with a scheduled bi-monthly service plan, but I personally do not have the money or need for two $90 - $150 vehicle details per month (I could lease a Honda at these prices).
With regard to pricing, when I first began using Genesis, they charged roughly $90/detail. However, on at least one occasion my price increased to $120 without notice. I was told this increase was due to how dirty the car was. While I understand pricing should increase based on the size of a vehicle, I have never seen adjusted pricing based on an arbitrary assessment of a vehicles cleanliness (for reference, my vehicle is not used off-roading or mudding. Rather, my increased pricing came after trips to Big Bear in the snow). Most recently, I have been charged $150 for a standard small SUV vehicle detail. I was told this is in line with Genesis' updated pricing. In my eyes, this price is far too high for a standard vehicle detail. Moreover, I have not been able to locate a pricing breakdown on the company's website. Rather, they provide a standard form to request a quote. Personally, I am very uncomfortable scheduling details when I have little to no idea what I will actually be charged.
I am disappointed that I will need to go elsewhere for future detailing needs.

Nick and his crew are always on top of it. These guys always are super responsive and are able to seemingly get anything clean from our work trucks to personal vehicles. Fantastic job every time, we will definitely be using Genesis as our go-to detailer every time!

Had a full detail done on a 10 year old BRZ yesterday. The car had been neglected for I think 5 years. The folks at Genesis Detailing did an amazing job making it look pretty much new again. Folks were very pleasant to deal with as well. We'll be back for any future detailing needs.
